When I reached at airport counter they asked for kiosk and I tried three times, but it was showing that no tickets available. Then I went to counter, and jet persons said to me that this flight is full. I asked them that I booked more then one month back how can you say like this. She told that flight can be overbooked. This thing happened with other people also that day with same flight. I got panic. I clearly said I donít know you have to arrange for me at this flight only. She told wait until 45 minutes prior to flight takeoff time. I waited a long then I started asking again and again then they finally given me boarding pass at 6. 10 pm and my flight time was 6. 50. I rushed towards security and requested to other people who were in queue. With lots of difficulty and mental disturbance finally I got my flight. My seat no was 24 the. Extra leg space. Poor refreshment in flight even that veg roll was horrible, muffin was good. So overall I am disappointed with this kind of jet service, which I never expected from jet.
