The flight experience was too good as first time saw huge flight for indigo with lot of leg space However, had a very bad experience with ground staff at Kolkata. I sprained my legs suddenly inside airport and asked ground staff to help me out. They can see I was stumbling and was literally not able to walk still they refused to help me and kept on asking me to go different counters for wheelchair and assistance . With the sprain legs I was barely able to walk but still had to as my mother and mother in law was not so versed with airport. I was travelling with 2 elderly woman and my kid . The entire responsibility was on me and I was literally on tears due to pain Finally due to immense pain I broke down and had to scream out for help I was asked to pay 400 per person extra to ease the situation. I was so exhausted and disgusted with indigo ground staff in Kolkata . Finally seeing my condition they did not charge and gave me a wheelchair In Bangalore, my condition was worse and air hostess helped me to get a wheelchair . The wheelchair staff not only helped me with luggages and dropped me till parking lot, he also assisted my mother in law as she was also not able to walk I really had a terrible experience with indigo ground staff in Kolkata and they were Soo reluctant and unfazed with any issue . I was crying out for help and they were chatting with passengers to get a positive review .
