On Sunday 9/12/18, I had a connection flight with Air India (4. 05pm). After collecting my bags from Oman Air . I reached air India check in desk in Hyd airport 48 minutes prior to my check in time. By this time the counter was closed (earlier than what the air lines say). There was no one to pay attention to my misery. My te keg was wasted. I asked if they can sent me on the next flight. Air lines didn' t facilitate this either. I was travelling on my own after 13 hours of night journey this is the senseless reception I received from Air India. I had to buy another ticket with Spice jet later who allowed me to buy a ticket and check in 40 minutes before the scheduled time. Funny thing is . Two days before me my parents used the same flight. It took off 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and arrived in VGA 25 minutes. I hope it did not leave poor passengers like me . Behind . Just to win the race . And say we are happy to announce "we arrived 25 mins ahead of the scheduled time " which is worst than being late. They are closing check in desks before time and not facilitating travellers like me. Very frustrating. I demand response and redress from Air India. I do not have to suffer like this. My holiday started with stress caused by Air India.
