Don't know where to start from. The manager at HYD desk was rude, no sense of hearing to a customer issue. I was at the airport at 4:45 AM for a 5:45 AM flight. I tried to get the boarding pass through fast track lane as I didn't have any luggage to check-in. The terminal broke and the attendant asked me to go to the check-in counter. By the time my turn came at 5:10 AM after a massive queue, the manager at the desk tells me that she can't issue a boarding pass as the gates have already closed. I was trying to explain the issue and told that I don't have any luggage to check-in but she was not ready to listen. In fact, she pretended that she has called the ground staff and they have refused to let anyone at the gates by 5.15 AM. That was absolute nonsense! I travel frequently and on so many instances at HYD airport SpiceJet departs late because of their time keeping reputation and lets you in 15 mins before the scheduled departure time. I was there at the check-in desk by 5.15 and they didn't issue a boarding pass and made me miss the flight.
