Worst operator ever

I had a medical emergency and was late, however had a good 40mins on my watch but the ground staff was adamant and did not co-operate. I pleaded with them but everything fell to deaf ears.

Staff attitude towards BP patient was impressive.

Very much impressed with the 4 flight attendants' attitude towards a BP patient who became serious during the flight. The 3 air hostesses and 1 steward were at their best hospitality and provided their best first aid to the patient and assisted his family with all the help that was needed. Keep up your good work.

Worst Experience EVER.

Flight -chandigarh to Mumbai. DR1HXD. DATE -14DEC, 2018. TIME-11:25. I have done web check-in and got seat 1D which I needed due to my knee ligament injury but on the time of luggage counter don't know the guy gave me boarding pass with seat 5C. Don't know whats wrong with your server. I was really uncomfortable with whole flight . Must say this kind of service was never expected by go air . My knee is now paining so who is responsible for that tell me now . The staff was also not dealing with me on my multiple saying of changing my seat this is not mine they just said "let me talk to senior". Moreover, its about my knee for my whole life so I need to escalate this issue

Below average comparatively

There were not enough blankets. We were 12 members group and got only two blankets. It was chilling cold temperature inside . . It was announced in flight that baggage would arrive in belt 3 but it never came on this belt. So sad.

Not Good. Lack of professionalism

Flight got prepped by 30 minutes and there was no communication to me. My Mother (60 Yrs) was travelling . Although tickets were arranged by the airlines but she reached her destination at 12 Mid night which is not good for any elderly lady.

Poor

The flight was delayed at the last moment and even after delaying it, the flight took another 15 mins to take off. To add to more discomfort, the flight did not reach the destination in 2hrs 10mins as prescribed by GoAir. Leg room is always a problem on GoAir . . And to more turn off, the baggages were thrown on the conveyor belt 2 at the Pune airport.

Very long tiring check-in process

Though I had done web check in, I still had to stand in a very long queue to drop off my baggage. The whole purpose of web check-in is lost, if there is no saving of time and effort at the airport. There has to be more counters operational. Also, the ground staff could not get my spouse a seat next to mine and we had to sit separately, as most of the seats have now been made chargeable . The seat width is so less that with a hefty person sitting next to me, it was very uncomfortable to share the arm rest.

Pathetic and painful.

I was denied boarding pass for the scheduled flight though before time in the line. I was accommodated in the next flight left at 8. 35 pm though scheduled for 6. 30 pm flight in go air . It is unthinkable with low head count and unable to manage the passengers in the ground at Mumbai airport.

Pathetic check in process

Being a frequent traveller I normally don't miss web check in which I did on this particular occasion. Post which I entered the queue for manual check in, I was told to move out and do an auto check-in. Citing some rule change. Forcing to stand in queue again and do self check in was just not done. They can just close the manual check in counters if they plan to force people to do so. Pretty pathetic experience to waste 15 min for a early morning flight at start of the day.

The prompt services and gesture experience was great before and after journey. Handling of baggage’s promptly at arrivals had bit scope of further improvement and required attention by the airline staff.
