Though I had done web check in, I still had to stand in a very long queue to drop off my baggage. The whole purpose of web check-in is lost, if there is no saving of time and effort at the airport. There has to be more counters operational. Also, the ground staff could not get my spouse a seat next to mine and we had to sit separately, as most of the seats have now been made chargeable . The seat width is so less that with a hefty person sitting next to me, it was very uncomfortable to share the arm rest.
