Seat 9A was not reclining. Iím tall and it was really uncomfortable sitting there when the person in front of me reclined his seat. When I raised this to the lead attendant ( Sharon is her name I guess), she simply stated that the flight is full and nothing can be done. She didnít look at chart of any data to verify except for a visual scan. A few min later another air hostesses ( who noticed this problem and spoke to me early) came and told me that there are a couple of seats available and I could move. That was what I did at that time. I was surprised to notice that the head air hostesses never made an effort to check herdelf or with others to help out, when there were few seats empty. Very disappointed at this. Not a pleasant experience with Indigo. Iím not sure you are going to do anything about it or take some corrective action or at least sensitize your head girl. She clearly was not leading.
