I am a very frequent flyer. But this was my first and last time experience on Airasia. I had a horrendous travel experience. The flight was scheduled to depart at 18:45. However, upon reaching the airport and on check-in, I was told the flight was delayed to 21:15. No convincing reason was given. After security check, again it delayed to 21:35. Upon asking the help desk, and enquiring about the delay, we got a "We don't give a damm" response. The manager arrived at rescue after a crowd of passengers gathered. Unexpectedly, he was very disrespectful to the passengers and even threatened to bar from boarding if we did not stop asking. It was 21:20 still boarding not started. The boarding started at almost 21:40. I can on and on but no use. Overall it was disgusting. Flights can be late. But the way it was handled is not appreciable. I think Airasia should ask for an apology to all the passengers and refund a part of the ticket price. But I think airasia wont give a damm. No problem, we wont give a damm from next time.
