Had good experience with all the flight attendants who were very courteous, tolerant, cheerful and helping. I learnt the names of two of them who served me and were very good. They are Zeba and Pravina. Special thanks to them. As there was a systems issue at the airport, the process of queuing up was a very bad experience as we had a long winding queue. However, although the experience was not good because of the system issues, the staff at the counter were pleasant and did their best to see that the check in for the earlier flights were not affected by calling us on priority. They were helpless because of the system and network issues. Still they were very good, kind and efficient. Clarifying that my marking down on the experience of check-in is about the process which is probably technological related and not about the staff who manned it who were actually good.
