"Hospitable services but food quality needs to be improved "

IndiGo offers hospitable services. The cabin crew is well-behaved and very dedicated to fulfilling the requirements of the passengers. Being on time is a good thing and IndiGo is committed to it. This is achieved by maintaining the cleanliness of the flights and preparing the cabin for the next flight. However, IndiGo needs to improve the quality of food and also need to increase the variety of food available.

"Advance ticket booking helps us in cost cutting"

Within a span of 7 days, a great vacation with expenditure within budget. Advance air ticket booking would definitely help people kick us on cost cutting. The travel planning if done carefully with a minimum of 2 nights stay at each of the major destinations like Srinagar and Pahalgam would be helpful. It is recommended to avoid political debate with the local cab drivers, Shikara owners and common people as the same may take an unpleasant turn. Best period for such a short vacation in my opinion is between April and October, but the expenses usually shots up during the school/college holidays in May-June and puja holidays in October.

The travel to Srinagar was made by Air India. Fare and timings of flight is suitable for boarding flight from Delhi to Srinagar. In Delhi airport, Srinagar flight departs from terminal No. 3 which is very nice with all facilities. Everything is very systematic.

Train journey was really good; it took only 16 hours to reach from Delhi to Howrah. Veg food was served in the train which was cooked well. The train reached on time so there was not much of harassment, toilets are clean. Overall the journey was fantastic!

SpiceJet provides good service but Air India is always a good option.
