Bus was a Volvo 9400 - spotlessly clean. Interiors were some kind of dull orange in color, but it was comfy. Comfortable seats with calf support, AC vents had direction and flow control. Blankets were provided too.
Driver could communicate in English properly, and the attendant was cordial too. I boarded the bus at Jalandhar. The scheduled time of departure was 23:00hrs. I reached there at 22:30hrs itself, and was trying to find out where their office was. I rang them up, and they directed me to their office on the first floor of the building that houses the Bar-restaurant (forgot its name).
They played a short movie on what Roadlink India is - mostly about their operations in South Africa - buses, their maintenance, drivers, driver training, care for the drivers, bus tracking, etc. Though there were not clippings about their India operation, I believe they are doing a good job here too. The bus and the well-mannered crew is proof for that.
Travel time ~6hrs. That's good!
