Worst bus experience

Jan 27, 2016
Mode of Transport: Bus

One word, pathetic. Pile of garbage behind seats from Goa to Bangalore, AC was not working for all the lower seats. Wifi was not working, charging points not working, dirty seat covers and rude staff, what else you want to spoil your journey. I had an embarrassing situation because of this bus. Staff was very rude, refused to change linens and remove pile of garbage.

Switched to Neeta travels and happy with their service.

Mode of Transport: Bus

I had booked the Paulo travels sleeper despite having a bad experience earlier. This time the bus delayed me by 1 and half hour to reach Bangalore and the night dinner stop was also worst. I wont recommend Paulo Travels to anyone. Now i switched to Neeta travels and happy with their service.

Book early to get the best seats

Oct 24, 2013
Mode of Transport: Bus

Journey was excellent. Seats were comfortable. I suggest booking the front or middle seats as there are very little bumps and jerks. Book early to get the best seats. Agent booking can be done through a phone call too or online. They response politely and excellently. A/c was functioning good and might suggest a bed sheet to cover yourself if you are a person who feels chilly.

Bus conductor and driver was also well behaved

Nov 14, 2015
Mode of Transport: Bus

We along with my friends decided to go for holidays and finally we find the right place to go to Goa. We booked five tickets for 6th of November 2015. We picked the bus in the morning from Madiwala bus stop. The bus started at right time, all the passengers were very well behaved seemed to educated. Bus conductor and driver was also well behaved.

After five hour of journey bus stopped for tea where we had some snacks and tea and after 15 minute of rest driver started the bus then we reached goa in early morning at near about 5. 00 am.

We waited for sun to come out then we hire three scooty from bus stop itself, then we went went to Baga Beach where we took a room in a hotel at Rs 1200/day. Then we had bath and we went to Beach, after that we went to Chapora Fort, and in evening we came back to hotel. In night again we went to Baga Beach we are shocked to see the crowed, whole beach was full with people, everyone was having in their own. We spend there for three hours and again we came back.

Next morning we went to Panaji Beach where we had bath on beach we had breakfast there and spend five hour there. We enjoyed a lot there. But one thing is there the foods are too costly as compared in our city.

Then in night we took train from Vasco de gama station and back to home.

The a/c was very comfortable and was not too chilly

Dec 24, 2015
Mode of Transport: Bus

Yes this was the trip we were craving for. Goa is actually a very different place in india. We were travelling from bangalore and we chose seabird because it was a high rated and punctual bus. We boarded at around 6pm and it was on the 29th of December 2014. We were 3 and we had a upper tier seat. The a/c was very comfortable and was not too chilly. The bus had charging points but they did not work. It had a wifi called goodbox. You can only access whatsapp from it.

As we were travelling we had a bad experience as the bus had to stop because of some technical issues. But the bus did make up and we reached goa late but it was too late.

Travellers must keep in mind that the bus gives only one break for probably 30mins.

And also that the charging points do not work so its better to take power banks!
