I can say it was simply good good and good. I traveled several times I found bus in time. drivers are good and cooperative, helpful and cheerful. whenever I could not take a flight, I ensured to book canara pinto bus. According to me they should provide a bottle of drinking water like earlier and newspaper and magazine.
"The roads were journey "Posted 28 Oct

It has been a long pending decison to travel by our car (though with a driver) to Mangalore which a long drive, close to 970 kms. However, once we started there was no looking back. Started close to midnight and reached Mangaluru around 3pm. We had taken the Express way rather than the old Goa road. The roads are excellent specially the roads after Kolhapur and Belgaum. The yellapura stretch was never ending however once you cross that patch, you cross a lot of rivers and the coastal belt. Beautiful journey. One must take this route.
"Economical option to travel but flight was delayed "Posted 28 Jul

This is the economical option to travel. Although it is short flight, it got delayed. The planes are older and not so well-maintained. But the take off and landing is smooth. The crew was helpful and the travel was pleasant. Overall, it was a hassle free ride right from check-in at Mumbai up-to arrival at Mangalore.
