A very comfortable journey

5.38/7

The pick up point was politely explained by the supervisor of bus whose name and number was messaged few hours in advance to my mobile no, so this was very relaxing input which did not worried me in planning my timing as I was coordinating the bus movement from Borivali until it reached my pick-up point. I was the only person to board from this point and I was addressed by my name by Mr Anwar the supervisor, and he placed my baggage into the under baggage hold with my seat no marked with chalk and properly kept, enroute they were announcing the halt interval and rechecking that the passenger were boarded by taking headcount. The Latest movies were played till Pune which was very entertaining and blankets were provided, it was really chilled in the bus and all the passengers were well-treated. In the morning we got up and were taken to Humnabad were the delicious breakfast ( south indian style ) was served on pay-basis and the toilets were very clean with ample of water taps and basin for one to brush or gaggle. The bus journey was very comfortable as my family was very worried as I had spondylitis but the journey was very smooth without any bumps and I can reckon even the patients can have bus ride. The new learning was the fuel which was filled at Karnataka is very cheaper than the Maharashtra and telangana by Rs 2/-, our bus was filled with 300 liters which takes care of to and fro which means 1600 km, hence there is no unnecessary stoppage for fuel etc. The fuel point was not having proper sanitized toilets hence people had to go in open, ladies were the sufferers, hence this BP fuel station should take up with the owners who get such a good business from the operators. Rest the journey from 7 am to 8 am was really beautiful as we were passing from mango orchards enroute and the farms were full with mangoes. We also passed through the market at Zaheerabad, I wish bus could stop for few minutes for passenger to enjoy the purchasing of mangoes. At last we reached our destination and enjoyed the stay, swim at marriott's overlooking hussain sagar lake and the biryani wow. Please pack your bags and go to the new state which this summer is witnessed with out power cut. I am planning for borra caves and Araku valley next.

Housekeeping, toilets & food needs to be improved

4.50/7

The Journey was comfortable. But the railways need to improve the quality of food which is served. Toilets need to be clean they need to concentrate on housekeeping. Soap was with 90 % water mixed. Attendant was never seen during 16 hours of journey. Bedsheets and blankets were clean and nicely washed. Fan was making a lot of noise. Railway needs to concentrate on above things I feel they should give third party contracts for maintenance, water bottles, tea, and coffee. Newspaper was available whenever required.

Hyderabad airport is beautiful compared to Pune

6.00/7

I am holding silver card with this airline. More number of flight options and timings available with it. Easy booking and crew is also friendly. Flights are always on time. Airport of Pune is small and need to be bigger compare to the rush and number of flights. When it comes to Hyderabad its very big and very beautiful. Its one of the best i have seen across India.

Train Journey offers more comfortable journey than bus travel

6.00/7

3 most preferable train available from Mumbai to Hyderabad are Hussain Sagar Express, Hyderabad Express and LTT Secunderabad Duronto Express. Journey in AC 3 tier is better than sleeper class because while returning from Hyderabad to Mumbai some strangers throw stones on the window between Solapur and Daund station, so be careful while night travel by Hussain Sagar from Hyderabad. Toilets, seats and inside housekeeping is very good in AC 3 Tier.
