"Always take seats on the front row while travelling by bus"

5.5/7
Posted 29 Nov

Travelled by: Bus

Travelled as: Group

Had a good experience travelling in sleeper bus. Seats were not available so we took seats in the last row and then as roads were not that good we were not able to sleep but then we had a large group so we had fun. It was a sleeper bus so if you choose to take seats in front journey it will be much more comfortable than travelling in last row or last or second last.

"Car journey was awesome with college friends to Jaipur"

I and my 3 college friends decided to go to Jaipur on 10 september 2015. So we took the necessary item with us which is a need on highway. We have started from delhi via NH8 which is almost 250 km from Delhi to Jaipur to reach Jaipur. We started the trip in morning at 7 o clock. It almost took 5 hour to reach at a good speed. But the experience was almost out of the world. You know on Delhi Jaipur highway there are so many historical place like Bhangarh fort, neemrana fort and many small forts. And also the roadside eating experience was out of the world. So I should recomend everyone to go with their own car. If going with friends but drive safely :)

Second day our travel to Agra was very comfortably without any bumpy ride. He detailed about the places on the way. We traveled from Delhi to Agra and then to Jaipur. "NH-8 is not in a great condition"

4/7

The Delhi-Jaipur (NH-8) highway is not in a condition which it used to be 4-5 years back. There a lot of construction going on in different patches which has affected the condition of the road. Be prepared for a bumpy ride. You will find lots of restaurants like Sagar Ratna, Haldiram, CCD etc on either side of the road. So you have lots of option to grab a bite. But if you are travelling over a weekend, it might be difficult to find a place easily. So you will have to be a little patience or else start early!
