We took this train because of the timings. It takes a little more than other trains so be sure about what number of hours you can spend. We were in third AC boggies and the boggies were quite okay like the other mail trains in India. The train passes through many states of India like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab. We had tea at Vadodara at around 3 am in the night. Then Ratlam which came at around 7 am the next day is famous for Ratlami Sev. The Kachoris at Kota are superb which comes around 11 am the second day and the Poha was nice too. Ranthambore in Sawai Madhopur are the other nice stations. The train passes through Hazrat Nizamuddin or the Old Delhi station. It halted at a place called Manawala just before Amritsar for almost an hour.
