Flight was on time as per schedule but found seat pocket was torn and hanging which I had to temporarily fix it. Air hostess is just not bothered to provide a cup of water even after asking 2 times. They are busy to provide food to corporate passengers only. They have to search in the list have, find out the passenger, ask their food preference, make the food ready and serve them. This process itself takes lot of time for them. I think you should revisit this food serving process and try to make their job easier so that they can pay attention to other passengers also. Please educate your Air Hostess to give preference to people who ask for water, than serving food. When asked for 2nd time in a harsh tone, water was not given and not even a word to express apology or feeling sorry for the late response. People learn hospitality from Airline industry and air hostess are expected to behave that way, which was missing. Felt very bad on this aspect.
