Senor Citizens should be given FIRST PREFERENCE.

From start to end - Jet shows no concern for senior citizens . From getting a wheel chair to check in to flight boarding - assistance do not bother - just leave you and disappear - for you to be tensed if the assistance will come in time for boarding the flight. On board food is terrible - in the name of cost cutting - the serve of food is very bad - Jet once a upon time really served - small but good snacks / food . Jet should look into details of its serves towards its customers - be JP members or non JP members . In short PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES

Although airline claim to be punctual, our flight was delayed by 3 hrs in three 1 hour segments, but they kept us informed through mail, SMS and phone call, so that saved us going & waiting at the airport. Spicemax check-in was smooth and fast. Their best seats in front row at Spicemax cost of? 1000 is too narrow, too hard and uncomfortable. The seat belts are too short compared to other airlines requiring extension belt (just one available). Strangely on a 1 hour flight crew announces landing within 15 minutes if take-off limiting passengers to even visit toilet. Food quality is good. There is lot of room for improvement and to have new planes .

Online seat bookings a challenge because seats to be booked at a cost, except some middle seats. Prefer no charge because of high airfare in the first place . . Can be in queue for an hour on the Indigo website . Too long. Boarded the plane . Had a technical hitch. Bussed to another plane. Lost airport transfer with cost because of the delay. Baggage carousel for baggage pick-up operated, and carousel changed after short operation.

Pathetic airline with pathetic people

Lot of issue created during check in by Go air assistant. My son is 2 yrs old and I had booked ticket as infant. Flight Ticket was booked in the month of October and date of travel was in November. On the day of travel he is 2yrs and 2 days old. For this they said go back and take fresh ticket as Child and then check in . This is not the way customer should be treated and how can a person get ticket before an hour of departure . . This was my last trip with Go air. This is third class airline with third class service. I request Make My trip to incorporate date of birth of infant and system should check if it is above 2 years on the day of travel. For 2 days over 2 yrs it was treated as if I had made big blunder. No one would calculate if he is above 2 yrs by 2-3 days on day of travel when you book tickets in advance.

Issues were :. 1. Baggage handling and queue timing was delayed due to unavailability of staff at the baggage counters . 2. Delayed by 20 min despite sending messages that flight is pre-pone by 15 min . 3. Post reaching at Dabolim Airport, it took 1 hour to receive the check-in luggage.
