After booking a Business Class ticket a fortnight prior the flight via MMT, on the morning of the flight, I am informed by the airline that it will be an all economy class flight. This gave me no time to make alternative arrangements. While checking in, the staff was nice and suggested I would get a refund but no details. While waiting at the gate for the flight, I called the customer service number for MakeMyTrip and after 27 minutes of holding and checking, I was informed I have to approach the airline airport representative. This was at the time of boarding now. I was unimpressed with both Air India and MakeMyTrip and in future will make alternative arrangements. This was 0% customer service.
