Terrible experience with Jet

Mode of Transport: Flight

Jet is not passenger friendly. They wants to squeeze the passengers as much as possible. Yesterday I had nightmare experience with Jet from Mumbai to Bangalore. I lost my money and time because of Jet. Hereinafter, Jet can be my least option either for business or personal travels.

A not a good experience.

If I need to send a review, it is a long list but limiting to majorly the following for which I have rated the airline as 'POOR' and not satisfied with the services, in spite of paying higher when compared to other air lines : (a) The flight is always delayed and never on time; (be) The seats cannot be pushed back; (c) Even when I do the web check in and also being a premier customer, there is an additional charge that needs to be paid to get a window seat or aisle seat, the only free seats that are available is in the middle, which some times we feel uncomfortable to sit.

Horrible, terrible, miserable and sorry for myself

Very shoddy service. Flight was delayed, while onboard the aircraft the AC was off most of the time. Making the journey very claustrophobic and uncomfortable, has happened with me twice on Jet airways. The food was a dry hollow piece of bread with a sorry sausage in it. Would have been better had they not offered any in-flight food.

High INF airline fare not justified BAD service

Mode of Transport: Flight

. A mother travelling from Mumbai to Bangalore with my two little kids 2yr old and 5 month old 1. Infant in lap charges of? 1250 not fair for domestic flight . Though we have no facilities for an infant in lap for a domestic flight, Airlines charge money which is not justified. Even an international flight charges approx. 10% of adult ticket but do offer milk, purees and bassinet for the Infant which is not the case with domestic flights 2. Not satisfied with service once landed I was the only adult travelling with kids with a check in bag. I had requested for wheelchair assistance as I needed physical assistance till the gate managing our belongings with my little kids. At the reservation counter I was told by the Indigo staff that assistance is available only for medical challenges, since you are perfectly normal we would not offer. I said I requested so I can get help till gate check-in the bag, managing my kids at security check remove kids from stroller, baby pouch put them in security check belts, travelling by bus with kids till the flight. Once I explained th staff offered help - every few moments a new staff came forward to take us till further steps. It was going OK for onward journey. I requested inflight attendants to provide me assistance once landed as well . On return journey I had a ground service staff after request, helped me load stroller in bus and end of assistance. I had my fair of struggles to pick my luggage from the delayed flight with infant in kangaroo pouch and other kid in stroller in one hand and a roll on luggage at other hand till I was out of gate I had no any staff member from Airlines.
