Get some people to man the lines.

The worst part of the flight was the check-in part. There was no one manning the queue and people were breaking queue and getting ahead. People in India are blatant and disregard any conerns raised. They will do what they feel like without maintaining decorum unless an authority tells them to quite literally get back in line. The educated are the most uneducated of the lot Else things were fine. Took off late, managed to land on time.

Awesome flight journey with outstanding pilots.

Today

Excellent space and cleanliness. The food was also good. The ground staff service is poor, the queue handling was poor and also the interactions were dull with the staff. The ground staff didn't looked pleasant and were annoying. The web check in was bad as well since we were asked to book seats and only paid seats were reflecting consecutive. The available and free seats were all dispersed and we couldnít choose seats together for me, husband and baby. The web check-in was hence avoided. Please do not keep all seats paid, itís difficult to get seats together. All the seats available were single in row. The flight journey was awesome since the captains were very much proficient with their skills. We reached way ahead of the time to our destination and the journey was smooth. I would like to mention that captain mario and his co pilot Roshan were outstanding! Apart from the issues faced, We had awesome journey! Thank You Jetairways for nice flight and comfortable seats!

Donít travel by Jet internationally. Domestic

1. Whenever we travel by Jet Airways, somehow for and number of reasons web check-in doesnít work so we have to go earlyto airport . . 2. In flight entertainment, is HORRIBLE. Carry your own downloads to watch or else die to boredom . 3. Jet is horrible on food as well. Almost every time now we have stopped eating in-flight. For kids they donít have separate food. So many times we have complaint about food but no impact . 4. The air crew gets inefficient whenever flight is full. We were not offered drinks or beverages. 5. Horrible cleanliness of bathroom; they were dirtiest.

Very very bad

Today

No proper line arrangements. Every one is coming to counter. No announcement for flight. No proper assistance. Very ride behavior of crew, Incharge, manager. Not bothered to customer. As if they are super powers. I will not fly again with jet.

Very unprofessional staff and cabin crew

Yesterday

Worst flight I have ever travelled. The staff and cabin crews are highly unprofessional. They do not want to listen to passengers concern and giving sarcastic reply to passengers. I don't recommend this flight to anyone.

Degrading quality of Jet Airways

The outgoing flight from Goa to Mumbai was delayed by about 2 hours, this meant I had missed my onward connection to Kochi. Following that my baggage arrangements and re-confirmation process was a big hassle. I expected Jet Airways to deal with this better because they had an excellent service record in the 90s & 2000s. I was appalled that my next morning Kochi flight was delayed as well, to top that the Kochi arrival was one of the worst experiences. A few passengers including me never got their bags, no Airline rep at the belts. Finally after some more hassles with airport security & jet airways, they realised they did not drive all the baggage carts from tarmac to belt!

Feel bad

Will try to avoid terminal1 flying flights in future and also jetairways needs some quick look into the way they handle operations. For ex: the reception people do not understand the customer requirements in case of flight advancements - in my case the BOM_BLR advancement was vailable for 1855 flight but they refuse to give me in first place then affter constant request it was doable for inr2500 extra but where in their webste claims for inr1000 (4 hours prior departures) secondly, the meal was not provided for me and the reason was unknown and they claims its a confusion (internal) these days!

1)Over all GOOD . Rescheduling of Flight :. While booking on 13th July 2018, departure was 14:45 but on 15th Nov it was rescheduled to 09:10 hrs . . We were forced to reschedule all further bookings . 3) Up gradation:. Proposal : Prior to departure say 48 hrs, this procedure to be taken up by Air lines it self and upgrade it without any extra cost based on availability on first cum basis Thanks

Aircraft old and not maintained

The Aircraft was very old. The wallpaper near the window is torn at many places. This route is new addition to Jet, however looking at the condition of the plane, I was totally disappointed.

Poor management

Jet check-in poor. After check-in your staff again sent us back saying get your luggage tags. Check-in slow as staff says the system is slow etc. Seat comfort poor. Food very bad. Our flight was around 12 pm. And it reached around 2.30 pm. During this time some small pack was given which cannot be said as anything good. When I talked to the air hostess she says this is snack item and not lunch item. Would really like to know as what they should be considered as lunchtime? I asked for one more because that was absolutely insufficient. But she did not have any extra pieces. Very poor service.
