I like jet airway because it is different from other by timing service and all . I like to fly through jet air ways nice service nice crew. It way delay by aprox 1 hrs. But boarding direct in plain and it is beautiful managed good food and sevices also nice gaudiness about self protection . Everything is up to the mark.
This is the first time I regretted my decision of flying by Jet, the AC was not on for a longer time and when I was almost on a verge of getting asthma due to proper air flow my co passenger went to your flight steward to switch on the AC and the response he got was so awful " Koi mai raha hai kya Bina AC k " WOW. I always wondered why people shoot certain behaviour and upload it on social media etc and believe you me if my health would have permitted I would have done the same and made sure that I am HEARD . . Your airline has a reputation and by hiring such staff you are damaging it. I will still not make noise of this behaviour and would see when you all take the necessary action else I do mind making and alarming sound about your fight steward.
The flight doesn't carry enough pillows & blankets so if you are unfortunate to be seated ahead and hence boarding towards end, you migh not get it . . Food is as usual atrocious. Better carry your own food.
Whole NEPAL is under construction. Nothing much to see. Though people of Nepal are Friendly Go to pokhra via flight. Through road it will take at least 8-9 hours to reach. V bad experience from HOTEL Shangrila. Donít book that hotel blindly
Worst experience ever. I would rather book a little expensive flight to ensure safe, comfortable & timely arrival at desitnation . Missed connecting flight from Singapore to Bali due to Jet airways flight being late from Mumbai to Singapore. Lost entire nightís hotel cost of a four start hotel. Ruined our plans and yet no compensation given of any kind.
Nice and comfortable ride. Free meals provided on board was very poor to say the least. It's better not to serve such a meal. Neither quality, nor quantity, nor any choice except for veg and non-veg. At least during lunch or dinner time provide proper meal or don't provide. You may keep the option of buying for those who wish to.
The Cabin Crew attitude was very rude. The hospitality was missing from the staff they didn't even greet and they were very rude while serving. The Seat was not function properly. The Lock to keep the seat upright was not functioning. Passed on the feedback to crew Supervisor Vinay. The flight was not at clean. Crew didn't even bother to keep in clean or maintain clean environment. Only could feel Supervisor was working seriously with responsibility. Sense of responsibility is missing from other staff .
It was a 9'0' clock flight and boarding was supposed to start at 8. 15 but till 8. 30 there was no staff on the counter to confirm if the flight is delayed, on time or any communication. On top of that @8. 40 when a female crew arrived at the counter then instead of answering the queries she turned out quite rude. Which is not expected from an airline like Jet.
