Highly unsatisfied due to unavailability of food

The check-in process was very time consuming, maybe because of a few passengers before us . But all shouldn't suffer due to few passengers and a separate executive must deal with such cases and let the normal queue continue . The Worst Experience was the InFlight Meal !. There was NO FOOD available on the flight, staff claimed that the food was over in the first 10mins once the flight took off . The Menu has more than 15 veg food options out of which only a box of chocolate cookies was available . This is pure neglegance of checking the availability of food before the Flight takes off!

Poor

Yesterday

The main problem was the transfer from international terminal to domestic terminal. The staff at Colombo airport checked in our luggage for the entire trip from Colombo to Bangalore. But in Chennai we had to collect our luggage and then re-check in our luggage yet again. This was uncalled for and a harassment for us.

Nice Journey

Yesterday

I travel on every Monday morning in IndiGo (Chennai to Mangalore). Good experience overall. Sad to see that IndiGo is bringing a smaller aircraft for this route. Hopefully, the flying experience will be comparable to this one

Dear sir ,. I very much regret to inform you about my horrible experience with your service at Hyderabad airport on 19. 08. 2018. As per your repeated advises given to me through SMS, to cancel my ticket from Bangalore to Kochi, vide flight No 6E-425 on 19. I cancelled it by going to site as per the option given to cancel the BLR to COK leg cancelled only that leg of my travel, vide ticket No. PNR M987NL. But my first leg of travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore vide flight No 6E-413 was not cancelled as I wanted to travel up to Bangalore and from there to COIMBATOTRE and accordingly I booked a ticket in your flight NO 6E-317 on 19. 18 To my utter dismay, when I reported at your counter at Hyderabad airport by 5. 15 AM on 19. The personnels there sent me to one official to another to find out what happened to my booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore vide flight No. 6E-413. Then an official gave me a number of your service centre in Delhi and directed me to get their assistance to get sort out things. As I was getting only a recorded messages after several attempts, I told your personnel at the counter to settle the matter at their level. Finally one official informed me that I should not have cancelled the ticket myself and should have sought help from the service centre of Indigo to cancel the ticket as it involved two legs under one PNR. I told him that I was advised to cancel the leg from BLG to COK by your office only by sending several SMS messages to my phone. Then he said that he could not do anything in this regard and if I wanted to travel that day, I was asked to take a fresh ticket at the current rate from the counter at the airport and accordingly I took a tkt No. CED17G FOR Rs, 5337/= The entire happening reveal that there is no proper system is put in place to cancel one leg of the travel. Your organisation failed to give proper guidance and advise in this regard which could have avoided the harrowing experience I had to under go on that day and the extra amount I had to incur because of your system fault could have been avoided ,. Now I request you to refund the entire amount charged for my flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore vide ticket No CED17 G dated 19. 18 and the ticket amount cancelled for the leg BLR to COK vide ticket No. M987NL and also compensate me for under going mental agony due to your wrong guidance, service and action Hope you will respond favourable . Indigo is looting money from ordinary people

Hi I booked indigo flight to Pune to Kochi and it was connection flight (1 stop). Due to heavy rain and flood all the flight to kochin airport got cancelled and the airlines only refunded the Bangalore to Kochi amount. The airlines team simply looting the money. This is not fair. Indigo is looting money from ordinary people. This is just economy class ticket and they are not refunding the full amount of the ticket. Because it was a connection flight.

Bad Experience

Very bad experience, I had some duty free bottles which I had checked in and clearly informed the ground staff about the fragile content. He said it will be taken care but when I reached from BLR to IXE the bottles were broken even after fragile sticker on it and when I asked the ground staff(jean) she said she will check and didnít even apologise and just walked off saying you can put a email to customer care. Highly disappointing. I had carried the same bag from BKK to BLR through Thai airways and they handled so well. Lost hopes with indigo after this experience .

Very poor service.

The lower portion of the luddage/bag is broken by the indigo members & after the arrivel of flight in CCU it get 40 minutes to get back the bag on belt no. 1.

Incompetent indigoairline staff and worst service

Airline staff in handling baggage at Chennai airport and her manager was the worst service I had ever encountered in my life. They were unable to even properly listen and understand my case on the baggage. I could not get even warm water in flight for more than 20 minutes from the air hostess with the lazy attitude of Ms. Chimi and Ms. Varsha in flight.

Be proactive.

As it was raining we expect to use the protect cover for portable staircase but non was used in Hyderabad. And in the bus please advice people to move inside as people just stand at the door this resulting in multiple trips for people to transfer from plane to Terminal
