Very good staff with helping nature for old people

Mode of Transport: Flight

I booked my tickets through "make my trip". On line booking process did not give me the menu to book wheel chair for my mother who is 85 years old. Please check up if this is missed out by Spice jet screen menu or missed out by Make MY Trip. However I got a wheel chair for my mother at Hyderabad as your staff at the entrance was very understanding staff. On board staff arranged for wheel chair at Mumbai after landing.

Horrible

Mode of Transport: Flight

When I checked in @ the Hyderabad RGAI, I was made to pay? 1000 over & above my regular ticket fare since I was flying with my Sitar. This was despite having 2 tickets (my Husband's & mine) & only 1 other piece of checked-in luggage & no hand luggage WHATSOEVER; our total luggage weight was 21 kgs (WELL UNDER THE 30 KG LIMIT) . . When questioned, the staff said the fee was for special handling; my Sitar would not be place on the luggage conveyor belt, but would be brought separately . Despite paying the extra? 1000 & being assured that my Sitar would be handled separately, my Sitar was sent out on the conveyor belt at Bombay . What was the point of charging me extra & inconveniencing me so much No other airline has ever charged me extra for flying with my Sitar. I'm highly disappointed by my experience with spicejet & will NEVER fly Spicejet again.

Delayed Flight

Mode of Transport: Flight

In spite of Indigo increasing overall travel time per sector, Flight delays are increasing. I have paid significantly higher fares for this sector where loyal travellers get no respite

Mode of Transport: Flight

The infant stroller was misplaced and my wife had to carry her purse, baby's cabin bag and the baby till the airport terminal . There was a major inconvenience cause due to this.

Air india is a pure vegetarian flight, which I was un aware of . When I asked the in flight supervision(bhakti) for some options in veg. She gave me a scary look and said this is all we got. I had to request for salad
