From the time of the booking counter, the experience is bad. Not courteous at the booking/check-in counter in Hyderabad. Just for 2 kgs extra with checked in baggage is not allowed and charged extra even though we did not have any cabin baggage(allowance 7x2=14 kgs available. Other airlines are generous to allow the same. It is another way of making more money. The arrogance of the wheelchair assistant for boarding. The same way no proper way to handle wheelchair passengers, made them to climb up/down stairs on embarking and disembarking. No follow up for wheelchair facility. We have to come up to luggage belt to complain. It took quite some time, more than 45 mins to get the wheelchair assistance at Chennai airport too. Very sad. Bad experience with Spice jet, making us not to prefer anymore to fly on Spicejet. We will never take SpiceJet flights due to very bad service. Please do take up issues and sort out for other passengers convenience.
