Flight delay. Incompetent team, including supervisors and staff . They have no idea what service is. Incapable of handling or resolving guest issues .

Unhelpful Air hostess

Mode of Transport: Flight

My 65 year old mother made a solo trip with SpiceJet on the 4th of August, 2018 between Hyderabad and Bangalore. A couple of comments that she had: . . 1. Her luggage was over the allowed weight of 15 kgs. She did not have any cabin baggage with her. Sometimes, the personnel at the counter do make allowances for the 7 kgs of cabin baggage and allow up to 22 kgs to be checked-in. The person did not even mention it to my mother. She ended up paying a lot of money for the extra luggage 2. The air-hostess in the aircraft ignored her repeatedly during the flight journey as well. My mother is quite shy by nature and is not known to raise her voice to actually ask for something. She tried to grab the air-hostess' attention, but found that she was purposefully ignoring her and attending to all other passengers around her. Finally, she managed to get her attention enough to request for a glass of water. All in all, she did not have a good experience on her SpiceJet flight.

I lost items from by bag in the check in baggage, there were two more passengers who also lost their items, but the AirAsia baggage service staff bluntly refused to take the complaint or to give any acknowledgement about the lost items say itís their companyís policy to register or acknowledge any such complaints, when called the customer care number they said that I should I fought with the baggage service counter staff for the registration of complaint.

Please avoid this airlines and try someone else

Bunch of unprofessional people managing an airline. Flight keeps on getting delayed and they don't even bother to tell the customers about it till the last minute. And after almost 2 hours their overwhelming gesture is to offer customers water. Laughable .

NOT co-operative while travelling with infants

Mode of Transport: Flight

Indigo was NOT co-operative during baggage check-in process. Having an infant and senior citizen with me, I had to go all through the queue. Priority was not given for check-in. This is disappointing that Priority was not given and being a sunday evening crowd at Hyderabad RGI airport, I had to walk through the queue taking my baby with me. Even for boarding the flight, I was not given priority. Indigo staff was not bothered at all .
