In flight experience was good, but ground floor behavior was not good at all, very rude and arrogantly they talk. Not helpful at all . . Dana ( Mumbai Floor Manager, not at all helpful. On floor asked me to wait, since my flight was propounded. And I got msg at 7: 20 pm, flight timing was 10 pm ( don't rember the exject time) and flight went before time. I was at airport only, talking to staff and after 15 mins some one guided me towards desk and they calculated that time and said you are late flighti is missed . How reducules is this . One of the staff member checked massage been sent and asked me to wait and said we will give you next flight boarding pass and no need to pat anything( he confirmed with dana ). After waiting for half an hour the same staff member was not there and Dana asked me to pay for the next flight boarding flight. When I am telling her the conversation she started argument. And she dosnt know even who was on duty on that perticular counter, and I spoke with. Se has no idea what is going. When the guy went to ask her and she permitted him to convey the massage to me about next flight boarding pass, she was busy talking in a group of 3 to 4 other people staff. It seams without paying attention and understand she took decision and later she forgot about it. How unprofessional she is. And for me I was traveling because my aunt was admitted and in between of that one hour or 2 hours gap I could not reach Delhi and mean while my aunt was off. I could not meet my aunt because of you and your team unprofessional behavior. I know this massage doesnot make any differnce to you guyss and m sure this gonna be same in future also. This was my first time travel from Mumbai airport and Mumbai staff. I found banglore, Pune and Delhi staff much better then Mumbai. Thank you guysss !!
