Horrible and pathetic customer service of MMT

Today

Make my trip is the worst experience ever. I wanted to reschedule my previous flight on 15th September but could not do so because of no body responded from customer care even online also I submitted the request but in vain. Truly horrible and pathetic.

Web check-in is a gimmick to squeeze extra money

Web check-in has a different meaning in Indigo airlines .. It means you may reserve your choice if seats by paying excess rs. 200/- or 300/- ( for aisle seat & window seats .. Different tariff for different rows).
Or else you have to check in at Airport & be at the mercy of the attendants & accept the seats that they a lot ..
The call centre staff are customer friendly.

Nightmare

Yesterday

I am a student and misplaced my aadhar card during journey to airport. Lost time in co ordination with driver and arrived at check in 415 for a 450 flight. I was denied check in. Lost money/ underwent stress / had to borrow money from people to purchase a new ticket. Arrived late in night at Pune, travelling alone compromising my safety. Will never book go air in my lifetime and share this experience with my college friends and family. Worst experience. Worst customer care.

Need to improve web-check-in process

You guys should allow choosing at least some seats without an extra charge. Sometimes there may be a couple travelling and they have to pay to sit together. That's not cool :)

Definition of Bare Bones Services

Maybe this is how GOAir is supposed to be - but the flight experience was horrible.
This was a 5:45AM flight - and the seats are beyond crammed. I've seen small seats, but this was crazy small. No water or anything during the entire DEL to BLR flight. I realize everyone is trying to save money and such, but I think this is the last time I am booking with GoAir. I would rather pay more and get at least some basic comforts/features.

Flight was good, but bad experience in airport

No proper announcement, sine there was delays in other goair flights. No seats were available to sit, it was crowded like railway station, Pune airport display/directions are not proper hene noticed passengers were struggling to find out the gates including NRI's

Its very poor experience and I never recommend

Go Air flight was delayed for more than 3 hours and I was informed by 3-4 steps about this delay.
Flight Departure time was showing on Screen is 11-30 at Pune airport when I checked at 1 AM which is clear error and no one was there to support from Go Air staff.
I called customer care and got very frustrating reply.

Better Airlines out there for little more price.

A budget airline with no complimentary food or beverages. Very gaudy interiors; seats' rear and overhead cabinets are branded with big banner advertisements.

Bad experience ever in every manner

As usual go air maintaining there delay in flight consistently. The check-in counter was more in suspense than passenger. They just moving the people from one counter to another without knowing anything. Not able to search PNR number, but successfully transferred the luggage to wrong flight. Scene was epic, I have never seen any airline so confused.

Bad Flight experience ever

The worst ever flight experience ever. Few points that needs to be taken care of:-
1. GoAir should focus on in-time schedule first. If that was not possible due to any reason, it must be announced to the passengers. Neither did any official told us about the delay nor any steps were taken. All were in panic.
2. Secondly, it must take care of the passengers by serving them some sort of food/beverages since the flight was delayed. They must think about small children and elderly people.
3. No one of the representatives were professional in their job.

GoAir is a low-cost airline based in India and is one of the biggest airline companies in the country. It has two centres, one is located at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport while the other at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
