Booking counter guy, & cabin crew, are untrained

Today

While I entered, for booking tickets, the untrained guy, detained me, & went inside, for long time, & then signed one indemnity paper, & harassed like anything, & 2ndly, pilot side, wash room, the cabin crew did not allow, & sometimes allowed somebody, as if it is there paternal, so very poor, kindly understand Humans, & help & conducive to passengers.

Very bad

Today

Very bad experience purposefully close the check in counter before time and not allowed to travel nor given ticket in next flight hence we missed next connecting flight also and loss ed huge money and suffered a lot.

It was thrilling experience while flew vizag.

Sir ,. Happy to share our Go air flight experience. Leg room is very poor in Go flight. Also drinking water should be served frequently with good instead in small glass. Even passage area is not sufficient to move properly. Thanks to our captain Mr. Malik, had done nice job in bad weather during flew through vizag. Congratulations to captain and co-pilot. One display should be there for info like, flight speed, weather condition, city info etc.

Go air line is very poor line

Today

Very poor and no any information provided by line I am unsatisfactory fully because our flight on dated 19. 04. 18 at 8. 30 pm but our flight has been changed and he says to us we are not providing any information booking by make my trip by go air line without any information to us 20. 30 to 22. 55 and on airport given boarding pass gate no 22 but before fly only 10 minuets change the gate 22 to 25 without any information and announcements Mumbai to Delhi flight delay 1. 30 hours totally our experience is very bed go air line

Totally ridiculous

Today

It was first time travel with Go Air! But it was a total disaster first of all Gate change but no sms or email or any notice came to know about it in last few minutes of the flight. In the flight where I was sitting 17A and 17B it was dirty. Flight was delayed like 45-60 mins. At the departure at Ahmedabad my perfume bottle was destroyed inside my bag which even filled my cloth with perfume colour which are on no use now. I could have never taken this flight.

Good for all thing but worst experience on food.

Every thing was good but food is not available on mentioned menu or meal package I board in flight hunger and gone hunger . I think why are you kept menu if is not available any thing.

Your customer care misguided me. I was harassed.

Your customer care confirmed on 15. 04. 18 at about 20 hrs that in case we donít carry cabin baggage, check in baggage is allowed up to 22 kg without extra charge. But harassed at airport during journey knowing that information provided by your customer care was wrong and we had to Split our luggage in two bags to reduce the check in baggage to 15kg.

Flight cancelled !!! MMT feels I had amazing journey

My flight was cancelled (by the airline) and I didn't travel . Makemytrip itself has sent me mail regarding cancellation of the flight and I have spoken to your customer care personnel for refund process . Your Review process is flawed. At least have the basic knowledge of services provided by you and its status before sending such mails.

Check-in at Delhi Airport was real bad .

It took me about 45 minutes to check in. There were 2 sections for check in, in my section only 1 of the 5 counters were working . All waiting passengers were upset & many were even shouting .
