My Mumbai to Lucknow flight was on 28th Oct (G8-395) which got delayed by more than an hour.. First we all were seated on Gate 7, suddenly gate got shifted & no employee of Go Air was there to assist us.
No Apologies during the flight for the delay.
Bad hospitality from the flight staff, asked tissue for the sandwich multiple times, then she shoved the tissue box into my face.
My Return Flight was on 2nd Nov (G8-396), again a delay of 3 Hours, no Apologies, no response, a complimentary snack was arranged for the Go Air Passengers, in which, both the Patti & the Samosa was stale, got stomach ache immediately after that, the same was the experience of many of the passengers.
The flight which was scheduled to land around 8:30 pm, landed in Mumbai at 11:15 pm.
My Worst journey by air so far, never going to travel with Go Air again in my Life.
