Very bad service at check-in need more training

Checking counter are not properly managed, Counter operator is doing check-in of his friend and we are standing in Q for more then 1hr but no assistance from counter operator instead of assistant they are acting like boss and they refused to do check-in, I have video clip of this incidence, in flight staff is very good, time to time departure,

I did not eat anything so unfortunately unable to comment on food. The bathroom was okay too. However, the luggage took a really long time to come and there was no one there to assist to explain why the luggage carousel stopped on its own. Fortunately it restarted later but the whole thing was a lengthy process

In flight comfort was below average. Believe even a no frills airline can manage within its tight budget to offer in flight drinking water to all customers without them asking for it, respecting the traditional Indian values. After all you take pride in proclaiming that you treat your customers as guests.

If the flight is missed by passenger for some reason, just ask the airline staff to be bit more patient and polite to the passenger. Though the passenger is ready to take new booking as Staff is not giving the bookings from his own pocket. Especially when the passenger is travelling with a SENIOR CITIZEN PATIENT . . Moreover even taking extra charges from the passenger for new bookings, wheel chair for the patient passenger is not arranged. Which was annoying.

Highly disappointed with counter staff Mr. Baba

I was travelling with my husband who git operated only 2 days ago at Apolo hospital. Requested for wheel chair and your counter staff Mr Baba, s behavior was very rude.

Worst Airline to travel with. They first show low cost airline then make sure they take money for each and every service they provide forget free snacks on plane they even charge you for window seats how cheap is that

First full family flight!

We flew for the first time with our daughter! It was truly a very memorable flight for us. The only downside was the fact that I had to pay to book same row seats so that us family can be seated together. I don't see any reason why I'd have to pay!

Good leg room, bad ticket issuing executives

2 things I am unhappy about goair flights from Pune to Bangalore. 1. The guys at check-in are very rude. They should be taught to speak politely and if the answer to a request (like aisle seat) is NO, they should atleast explain why (like flight is full) . 2. Most times the 18. 45 flight is late. This time it was on time, but most times it is late. It would be great if you can improve your schedule performance Otherwise, I was very happy about leg room. Rest all were standard in all other carriers.

Unprofessional behavior of ground floor staff

In flight experience was good, but ground floor behavior was not good at all, very rude and arrogantly they talk. Not helpful at all . . Dana ( Mumbai Floor Manager, not at all helpful. On floor asked me to wait, since my flight was propounded. And I got msg at 7: 20 pm, flight timing was 10 pm ( don't rember the exject time) and flight went before time. I was at airport only, talking to staff and after 15 mins some one guided me towards desk and they calculated that time and said you are late flighti is missed . How reducules is this . One of the staff member checked massage been sent and asked me to wait and said we will give you next flight boarding pass and no need to pat anything( he confirmed with dana ). After waiting for half an hour the same staff member was not there and Dana asked me to pay for the next flight boarding flight. When I am telling her the conversation she started argument. And she dosnt know even who was on duty on that perticular counter, and I spoke with. Se has no idea what is going. When the guy went to ask her and she permitted him to convey the massage to me about next flight boarding pass, she was busy talking in a group of 3 to 4 other people staff. It seams without paying attention and understand she took decision and later she forgot about it. How unprofessional she is. And for me I was traveling because my aunt was admitted and in between of that one hour or 2 hours gap I could not reach Delhi and mean while my aunt was off. I could not meet my aunt because of you and your team unprofessional behavior. I know this massage doesnot make any differnce to you guyss and m sure this gonna be same in future also. This was my first time travel from Mumbai airport and Mumbai staff. I found banglore, Pune and Delhi staff much better then Mumbai. Thank you guysss !! I wish you all to be in the similar situation once in your life .
