My name is Gowtham. I have traveled through goAir at least 4 times including the journey on date 8th Oct.
I got extremely frustrated and never understood why can't this G8 -451 will not start on time from Chennai.
It is not the first time but the impact of this journey on 8th Oct is more on my business work schedule.
It should start at 9:00 PM IST from Chennai but it got delayed for 90 min and reached Pune at 12:00 AM in spite
Of its original time 10:30 Pm. In short, it started at Chennai at 10:30 Pm when it is expected to be reaching Pune.
This is surely negligence as this is happening every time not just one time due to some external out of box reasons
Which include climate or some repair etc .,
Other than that baggage was occupied completely and no space for my only one small bag near my overhead, I will
Not complain about air hosts as I have n't brought to their notice and this is a very minute inconvenience. I also did not
Find the food that is given in the GO Air recipe list eg: Popcorn
I hope, I would not choose goAir except there are no other choices. Also, I wish your timings will be improved in such
A way it will not cause this kind of inconvenience to your customers in future. I hope to hear from you.
NOTE: I haven't rated the timing just by one reference, I have traveled at least 4 times and every time it happened
