45 Mrs delay in take off resulted in 55 Mrs delay in landing. No efforts taken to compensate the delay in take off. All passengers reported and readily awaiting in the boarding lounge. But boarding took more time than normal. The actual departure and destination were 6 AM and 7. 45 AM as against 5. 15 and 6. 50. I missed the connecting bus which has pick up time as 7. 40 at viman nagar. I could come out of airport by 8. 05, engaged one cab and reported at bus pick up station by 8. 20, by which time the bus had already left. I returned to airport and engaged one cab, which resulted in delays and additional expenses of Rs 4000. Spicejet has sent messages on 20th and 21st that the flight shall maintain the scheduled times and instructed to be in advance at airport. It seems by 4. 53 AM it has sent the delayed departure time as 5. 50 as against 5. 15, which message has reached my Mobile only by 7. 55 after having left out of the flight. After booking through Spicejet harazes with daily frequent messages in regard to the facilities available from it and makes self appreciation as most liked airline. But I am not totally satisfied with the attidudes and approaches of spicejet. I pray God let this be the last spicier travel for me. The Nesta bus booking for travel from Pune to Shirdi has also been made through MMT. So refund the payment made for the above bus travel.
