Journey was OK at Chennai and Not OK at Hyderabad.

I was a wheelchair passenger with very limited ability to walk. The Ambulatory mechanism was good at Chennai. But it was an unhappy experience as I was made to walk from row 32 to the front entrance as the wheelchair could not go through the limited Aisle space between both the halves of the seats. There were 6 wheelchair passengers and all suffered. Less no. Of assistance staff added to the delay at the Hyderabad Airport.

Handling of Wheel chair passengers to be improved.

It was good till the flight reached Hyderabad. The Wheel chair passengers had to suffer. (6 of them ). Unlike in Chennai Airport, there was no Ambulatory mechanism for disembarking the Wheel chair passengers. The space between Aisle space was not enough to accommodate the normal wheel chairs. The handicapped were made to walk and suffer from the last rows to the front entrance of the International flight . . Handling of Wheel chair passengers needs considerable improvements at both the departing and arrival Airports.

Extremely arrogant and poor behavior.

My ticket was booked with free meal on board and there was no choice given at the time of booking. The hostesses insisted that I take only non veg meal as that was what mentioned in the ticket she said. I insisted that I was given veg meal only and that I had not booked a non veg meal. She was very rude and could have given a veg meal to me which was in any case cheaper. But she was very adamant and insisted that if I wanted veg meal I had to pay for it. It was extremely unprofessional and the hostesses who dealt with me did not seem to have any value for human and behaved like robots. Very sad state of affairs indeed and they think they are above law and untouchable even if they are hostile towards the passengers.

Didn't get the pre booked lunch

We had booked lunch on the flight but got served just cookies and juice. The idea was the senior citizens didn't have to go hungry, so. We pre booked the food. But they went hungry anyway. Very disappointing.

Hello! This is to bring to your knowledge that this time travelling with indigo was totally below par you purple have been totally commercial and it was ridiculous to know that I asked for assistance for my son who is just 12 great hold and your airline staffer at the check in counter asked a free of 2500/- just to assist three child from the airport lounge to the aircraft this was never asked for before I'm a regular traveler you can just check my travel schedules how regular I travel with indigo as my wife was travelling 8:20 am flight in the name of RAVEEN KAUR & my son HASHMIT SINGH did not get ticket to be was Booked for 11:05 flight but staff was not ready to provide child assistance instead my wife was told to pay extra amount instead and change her flight ticket and accompany my child, I just feel that this is total unprofessionalism on your part being the most desirable airline by me but know I totally list trust & interest I just want this message to be sent to higher authorities that passenger hereafter should not be harassed
