The ground crew is very loud in their expressions . They seemed little unorganised, gate change was announced 40 mins prior departure, however on feeds the flight was featuring as delayed by almost 2 hours. Hopefully no one missed it. Passengers were made to stand in the sun, as they were offloading and on loading passengers in the same bus. Not pleasant at all. Then there 4 young men from ground crew who kept running up and down and sometime in the cockpit for documentation. I am sure it's extremely necessary to follow sop s in aviation for safety, however the pressure should not be evident on staff faces. Doesn't look professional. Cabin crew on the other hand was extremely professional, pilots did apologise for the delay, flight reached Bengaluru on time with only 5 mins of delay from the scheduled arrival time. Smooth flight . Landing was smooth . Undoubtedly the pilots were amazing . People will still choose to fly indigo because of the fleet size and connectivity it offers .
