Air India is where it's people have taken it. Inhuman treatment of human beings. Had to insist on filing a police complaint against the airlines criminal behavior with passengers. Flight got delayed thrice, we sat in the aircraft at 5 pm And after taking the aircraft around the airport for over an hour, the pilot announced that Bathinda does not after sunset landing facilities, so flight is cancelled. Then they park the plane for about 45 minutes do not open gates. Finally after requests, shouting and appeals by parents carrying toddlers and people with other similar pressing needs, we were let out and boarded a bus to terminal building. Upon reaching the terminal building, the bus driver jumped off, the locked reconditioned bus was suffocating for all for next 40 minutes, people were banging windows frantically for over 15 minutes, the Air India staff and CISF people looked on unsympathetically, when a fellow passenger managed to open the emergency door, for people to jump out and enter the terminal building. The Air India staff at the baggage counter only showed devil's smiles, over a hundred calls for a duty manager to show up could not get him to see the passengers. There were kids, old people, lone women passengers afraid of venturing out in rapist minded Delhi, facing the all inhuman Air India staff. It was only fellow passengers who helped each other with making necessary and safe travel arrangements. Lone women went with others who were with their families and so on. I was sure that locking us up in a bus is a criminal offence. I called up 100 and a policeman came after sometime to note our complaint on a plain paper with a promise to get back to us with feedback and version of Air India staff. It is widely believed that it is the people who make an organization. If this bunch of people also go to the airline that acquires Air India, that airline is also under severe risk of being doomed like Air India.
