Impolite check-in staff and felt cheated

Today

Very poor behaviour by check-in staff. Forced to take paid seats as myself and husband was not provided a seat together. He told that there is not Evan a single seat in the entire flight which is free where we both could sit together. We were cheated and had to pay for the seat as he denied us a seat together just to earn that extra buck. This is not the way a customer friendly airline like air Asia should serve. I pity the way customers are treated and request to take actions on such impolite behavioral.

Bad experience

Today

1. Atleast you should ask the customer the seat preference and not rush into it.
2. Your in-flight staff is good but 2 lady travellers misbehaved with your courteous staff and insulted them for no reason. Both the lady travellers were continuously talking loud in the flight. I request you to please ban such kind of travellers.
3. The seat was uncomfortable and I suppose if I pay money l .. Atleast I need some comfort.

Truly memorable experience! Well trained hostesses

Yesterday

Was very happy with the flight. I was a little delayed and made it when the counter was just about to close. The lady who saw me huffing and puffing at the counter apologized and said that probably the counter was closed but as luck would have it and with Air Asia's benevolence I was given a boarding pass. I was so thrilled about it because I was worried I wouldn't make it in time back home to Dilli for my husband's birthday. From Bengaluru from where I was flying with its (hrummph) intolerable traffic I had just made it to the airport. I tried to reassure myself all along the way to the airport that I can buy another ticket and not get perturbed. Fortunately Air Asia was gracious.

Airasia Stand by it's word"Best Low Cost Airlines"

The check in process was so hassle free, even my parents who are first time travelers felt so comfortable because of warm reception from staff. And adding to our experience flight departed on time and reached destination 25 minutes prior to the arrival time which made my day. Finally I am a Happy flyer of Air Asia and I even recommend my family and friends. I look forward to fly again with you

Not at all satisfied

Staff is not at all courteous, out of all cabin crew, just one guy knew how to smile rest others were just toomch overloaded with work.
At the time of baggage check in the staff at the counter were not at all cooperative and were unnecessarily trying to harrass the customers and were trying to create panic by again and again saying to shuffle the luggage and the countrer is getting closed in 30 mins ..
On opposing the kind of behaviour they said that we can take our time.
While our departure from Delhi through Indigo airlines we did not face any such issues, that lady staff member cooperated a lot for carrying excess luggage and advised us how can v reduce the expenses.
And your staff is not at all customer friendly, I guess they are being paid for making extra money from guests.

Poor seat selection

Air Asia assigned me seat on a random basis. They don't take the big shot ID into consideration. I am wondering why did they ask seat preference when they will always assign you a random seat.

Horrible and worst seating experience.

The seating was horrible! The seats are totally crammed without adequate leg space. For God's sake, we are people and not animals. Even commercial gains should have some limit. You cannot cram people so horribly like that. It felt like totally local city bus And then the unethical practice of calling people before the travel and saying, "if you want more leg space, pay extra and we will accommodate you in particular rows". Disgusting If you don't improve the seating, then you will surely lose business in the future. Also, you can add some complimentary food.

Air asia flight prepped by 1hr without informatio

Air Asia decided to 'pre-pone' the flight by an hour and we were not informed! We almost missed our flight. By the time we reached the flight was about to take off. How can a flight make such major changes without informing ??? It's not even a matter of few minutes. People reach hour and a half before in smaller domestic airports. I am disappointed as they would have taken off without informing.
