Why air Asia demand for

Yesterday

I will never booked on air Asia for travel with this, because it's haras me when I asked for body pass They demanded Rs. 714 for 3 persons reserve For seat, which I don't demanded. I will never share with My friend about Air Asia

Loot in name of seat even on check-in counter.

No seat on pre book even want to pay . 8A, 8B 27E 27F was pre allotted seats even though I was travelling on same PNR with 2 kids. I tried to pre book on making payment but not showing on log in I contacted customer care for no help. When I go without log in to red account it was available but payment could not be made. But after log in to red account nothing available (so having log in id was disadvantage) . On check in counter seats were available when I requested for same row seat I had to pay . . I have been given 8A, 8D, 8E, 8F on payment else we would have to seat on 8A, 8B and 27A and 27B so it done to charge extra money from passenger . No other Airline in India does so I am frequent flier.

It was an average flight & could have been better

The inflight crew was not friendly at all and were not even wishing passengers with a smile. Secondly, passengers were made to wait near the Aerobridge, after announcing boarding. This indicates poor co-ordination between the Maintenance/Service crew and the ground staff at boarding gate.

Loved travelling in AirAsia.

The best domestic travel airline I have traveled in India. I was in pressed with the professionalism and courteousness of the staff . The check in staff, cabin crew and others. Keep up the good work !!! Please fly more of your flights to the middle east.

Boarding should improve. Rest everything awesome.

Everything is awesome except the boarding process. All passengers rush together to be in the queue irrespective of seat numbers. And people wit seat 4 and 5 boarded from back side and seats 25 and 26 boarded from front of the craft. The staff should check the seat numbers and ask people to board accordingly. Middle seats first, front and last rows last. Current process is too time consuming.

What's the point in travelling airways if the flight gets 10 hrs late. Pathetic experience ever. Worst thing was the rude behavior of Airasia crew. Missed my very imp meeting which cost me financial lose.

Groud staff support was pathetic.

At the time of issuing boarding pass, I was told, that age of my kid has crossed 2 years and infant charges will not apply . To which I agreed, I was told that floor supervisor or floor manager will talk to me . I waited for about 15mins and no ne approached me. I had to again walk up to the airasia counter and I could make out, supervisor was being called then . When the supervisor spoke to me, I immediately accepted to pay 7318 INR for child ticket and I was taken to airasia booking counter . Gentleman sitting at the counter was told, what should be done . This was explained by your staff(ankit). Booking counter gentleman, says to me, you will have to rebook your tickets and you will have to pay 21, 000 INR now . I had to walk back to counters and bring back ankit and another lady to re-explain. No one from the team, were really helpful nor cooperative during this . I had to spend almost 1. 5 hrs, to get this sorted My kid was suffering from fever and the moment I walked into the counter, I remember telling the folks, that can we make it fast, I have to spent time with my kid . When we were boarding the flight, I requested for support staff to help me carry on luggage . The body language that was shown was terrible there. It was as if, they were doing a personal favour to me . Similarly, when I boarded the flight, I requested on of the flight attendants to help me adjust ONE of my carry on luggage . She answered me rudely saying, if you cannot adjust, I cannot adjust too. This was ridiculous reply . She did not even try helping me out on this. I had to do this on my own eventually Note:. There was NO HEAVY RUSH at the counter. If there was, I could understand the delay . I was carrying a child of age 2 years and family with me . Hence the delay was not acceptable . I was not given the boarding pass and airasia staff . Keep asking me, did we handover the boarding pass to you. This was completely unprofessional. Whole lot of folks at the counter looked confused or they are not trained at all Journey date: 10. June. 2018. From: JAI to BLR

Poor staff unprofessional

Your staff in counters don't care for the passengers time. It took above 45 mins to clear 20 people in front of me in the queue and when asked in counter they say there are lots of passengers with extra luggage and we don't want to pay from our pockets in case we don't carefully check everything. And they don't feel sorry . Secondly I have Airasia flights from Vizag to Kolkata and Kolkata to Imphal. Why don't you give me boarding pass for both flights at Vizag and book my luggage till Imphal. In other flights they do it. But I don't understand the pleasure you get in getting us to stand at counters twice.

My overall experience was not that great.

AIR ASIA DOESN'T PROVIDE OPTION TO CHOOSE THE SEATS WHILE TRYING TO CHECK IN through Mobile APP WHICH IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. AUTOMATIC SEAT ALLOCATION HAPPENS TOWARS THE REAR OF THE AIRCRAFT WHICH IS NOT DESIRABLE . THERE WAS SOME TERBULANCE AND THE CAPTAIN HAD SWITCHED ON THE SEAT BELTS SIGN DURING ENTIRE DURATION OF THE FLIGHT FOR 2 HOURS And THE AIR HOSTESSES DIDN'T ALLOW ANYBODY TO USE THE LOO WHICH IS BAD. I MEAN YOU. KEEP THE SEATBELTS SIGN FOR 2 Hours.

Will not like to book air Asia again

Ground staff was highly arrogant- customer service staff was behaving as if they are obliging the customers. One customer had over weigh on his luggage by 8 Kgs and one of your staff gave instructions to other staff to charge him for 10kgs. Precooked meal was cold and sambhar had run out of its packing into the rest of the food. It was soggy and cold
