Confused about baggage allowance.

I booked Air Asia flight with extra 30kg weight with each ticket and confirmed from Makemytrip adviser that it will be extra 30kg weight + default 15kg weight and she confirmed me via sending me email. But when we went to board the flight they only allowed us 30kg total weight and it was very terrible service for us. We have to pay extra Rs- 8100 for our extra weight.

Baggage delay

The flight journey was good. However, my baggage was delayed and I was assured that the baggage will be sent in the next flight. But even after talking to customer care of Air asia, nothing was done. It's been three days and no news from them either. I was told to fill the e-form but got nothing from them. It was a bad experience for me and shows the lack of quality service.
I would like Air Asia to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Bad Experience

Our flight was for 06. 35am initially and this got postponed to 06. 05am, but the Airlines did not call us to inform this. I had got a confirmation mail the previous day with the old flight timing. When asked at the Airport counter they simply did not listen to us. As their was no ground clearance in Goa we landed up coming back to BLR again, waited for the Ground Clearance and then again around 12pm we headed back to Goa.
In this meanwhile they were so many children and Senior Citizens on board. They did not even have a courtesy to give something for them to eat or drink. Or at least did not ask us to wait at the Airport we were inside the flight and just bought everything for our children to eat.
They need to think about people who have boarded the Flight at 06. 00am on the skies for almost 3 hrs then back to the place where we boarded and inside the flight for almost 2 hrs and headed back to the original Arrival place.
This is will cause a lot of inconvenience for the passengers and the Flight Attendants are simply did not do their best.
I request Air Asia to train their Ground and as well as On boarding staff to train well and teach some courtesy towards the passengers. Treat all of them equally and well.
We choose this flight as it was early in the morning and thought will have the entire day for us to spend at Goa. But it turned out to be bad, agreed no one can help on the ground clearance. Atleast the children and senior citizens should have been taken care off.
While returning back to Bangalore we took Indigo, the best service we had as always. INDIGO is the Best Airlines :)

I booked the AIR ASIA FLIGHT through YOU. FLIGHT NO. 1326 AND TIME OF FLIGHT 9 P. M. FROM Bangalore TO Goa
THE ID IS ID -NF7264277039207
IT SEEMS TO ME THAT AIR ASIA AND ITS OWNER A MR, FERNANDES SUPPOSED TO BE A GOAN IS ABOUT TO GO BUST. MY NAME IS SIMRAN SHARMA. THE TICKET SHOWED THE NAME AS S. SHARMA. I WAS CLEARED BY SECURITY WITH PROOF OF IDENTITY.
BUT THE CHEATS AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER REFUSED TO ISSUE BOARDING PASS TO ME BECAUSE OF THE NAME. THEY COMPELLED ME TO BUY A FRESH TICKET THUS INCREASING THEIR REVENUE BY RS. 4000 ODD RUPEES. BEING ALONE AND A FEMALE, I DECIDE NOT TO CREATE A RUCKUS AT THE AIRPORT AS MY MOTHER WAS WAITING FOR ME AT THE Goa AIRPORT.
THE FLIGHT WAS ALMOST EMPTY. THIS IS THE REASON, THEY CHEATED ME BY COMPELLING ME TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME FLIGHT.
MR. FERNANDES, PLEASE DO NOT SPOIL THE NAME OF GOANS BY MAKING YOUR AIRLINE SUCH A FRAUD. YOU HAVE DEPRIVEDE A WORKING CLASS WOMAN OF RS. 4250 RUPEES AND I AM SURE WHEN YOU RESORT TO THESE CHEATING WAYS, YOU WILL BE ADEQUATELY PUNISHED BY THE ALMIGHTY IF YOU BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST.

Don't take air Seychelles

We were given tickets of air Seychelles to an fro. It delay one hour plus. Food was not good quality. Pastry was not good. At Seychelles air port slow work is done for necessary proceedings. While coming back chair was not good cushioning also not tilting for sleeping neither they changed nor repairing was made very poor experience

Awesome flight

It was indeed an awesome experience for me. I always feel better when flights are smooth and with good food. I like the crew staff and they helped me out. It was however first time of me to fly from Jaipur, I thoroughly enjoyed the overall flight. Flying again!!

Small seats with broken pockets

Overall flight was good. It seems there is single Air Asia flight at the preferred time. Flight services were good but they can improve the seats. Seats were quite small and pockets were broken of my front seat.

I found more varieties for food compared to other flights I have travelled so far.

Wasn't allowed to board

Flight Boarding Time - 7:40

Boarding gate closed before 6:55.

Due to heavy traffic jam, I reached the boarding counter at 7:03 sharp but the person on the counter didn't allow me to board. I wasn't alone, there were some families along with me.

I do understand that, there are policies for these and I adhere of the same and am aware of the web check-in process.

However, you explain me, what're you guys gonna do during those 35 mins from 7:05 to 07:40, I could go through the security check and get on the flight on time.

Stop this cheap level business of making just money without listening to the Customers and understand the Customer's requirement. What if there is a medical emergency in such cases, what if your Customer wants to attend some meeting which is highly important.

Please change your system of reservation and flight boarding.

I will make sure that, I never use the AirAsia flight and none of my contacts use the same. You people are cheaters to the Customer.

Nothing more I want to say, because you guys are not gonna listen.

An average journey

Actually we travelled by Air Costa direct Flight No. LB 638 at 8:30 PM on 2.8.16 from Sarkar Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad but same airlines is not in list so written name of other airlines. The flight was cheaper than other but a small plane with two seats on both side. Not a comfortable seat or journey otherwise staff and service were not bad. We reached Chennai at 10.45 PM. Flight took of late by 30 minutes but reached in time.

Excellent Navigation skills of Pilot but charging by Airline at the time of web-checkin is irritating

I had chosen AirAsia because of their association with the Tatas. However airasia website is pathetic. Tried to create my login account at airasia site, so that I could pre-book meals and also for managing other booking related activities. Website gave a message that a mail will be sent to my mailbox and once mail verification is complete, the account will be created. I have received no email in my mailbox despite trying 6-7 times to create the account in the last 3 months.
When you web-checkin on airasia, the site will allocate you the middle seat only and if you change the seat in same category, be sure to shell out more money. Very bad business ethics. Better to go for airport check-in with airasia
I found the airline pilots to be very good at skills. In my 3-4 flights with airasia, no jerks at all were experienced while take-off or landing.
