Counter staff and the lady manager was very rude was giving me the advise of how to pay the price for little bit extra luggage. She said 1kg extra kilo is too many to consider for free check in. I had no option but to pay extra luggage fees even though I was travelling with kid and I was coming home from abroad. I donít know how rude the staff can be to earn some extra commission on their pay and making the whole airline the worst one of the world, which is already the cheap shit carrier. God bless them.
Worst experience ever while Check in. Seats weren't offered though when I boarded flight, to found that most of the seats were vacant in first 10 rows. But lady even after requested by my wife didn't consider. I was travelling with my wife and kid of 2 years . . I asked specifically the lady twice to put FRAGILE STICKER on my luggage but still found it not been put up on it after receiving. Completely Poor Response.
I was travelling with my 3. 25 years toddler and wife, while checking in I was given 2 seats together and 1 separate. When I asked for seats together she said that its auto assigned, we do not have any control. In the mean time another lady came and asked the issue and proposed a solution of buying 2 meals and then we will give combined seats. I said yes because filght was delayed by 40 mins and would start at 7:50 PM. I thanked the lady as my issue was resolved. Later I realized in flight that 30+ seats are empty and just make somemoney these guys play cheap to earn money.
The seat belt length is getting reduced, even though I am a middle built person, I find your seat belt length smaller compared to other airlines. Please do something as I have seen many struggle with the belt
I am Senior Citizen and a Parkinson patient . Was travelling with my Youngest Son from Indore to Goa where my second Son stays with his family . He had set up a Doctor's follow up appointment on 8th October in Goa I was impressed with the on time takeoff and early arrival in Goa . The Air Asia website does not permit a web check-in. I wasted a lot of time and effort online, but was kept going around in circles. They were cheap in collecting my personal data and, yet, did not permit the check-in. I donít think I will travel by this airline again. I realise some of my other friends have faced this problem. Looks as they are quite OK with this sad state of affairs
We had a horrible travel in Air Asia I5 588 flight between Bagdogra- Kolkata sector in 04th October. 1 of our check in luggage were lost and so far not traceable after 72 hours. The Kolkata airport staff were very shabby and they kept us waiting for more than 1 hour to make Property Irregularity Report. The information from Kolkata staff about the lost luggage is at all not there. There are very rude. As if we have made a mistake in travelling in this airline. It is hence advised not to travel in this airline- specially in Bagdogra- Kolkata Sector. My lost luggage complaint no is 06593539.
Worst experience ever! Wasted both money and time. We were promised reimbursement for the missed train because of 3 delays(from 7:20 am to 9:25 am, 9:25 am to 10:10 am and then 10:10 am to 12:20 pm) for the flight and the ground staff also reassured us to provide lunch, but they did nothing! They just wanted us to board the flight by any means and leave the premises without any hassle from the passengers. Air Asia is the worstest flight weíve the misfortune to board. Everyone is a liar! No help from the Air Asia duty members.
SpiceJet sends SMS and email stating new service of WiFi entertainment, though it connects, no video plays though I tried multiple browsers. Most importantly after landing at Kolkata had to wait under torching heat for like 20 mins for the bus to pick up, which is horrible, did your ground staff not know that the flight is landing?
