Staff could be more supportive

Mode of Transport: Bus

We took NEETA bus to reach swargate. But the bus we took was only travelling through highways and does not enter the city. Even after asking numerous times which would be the right stop to get down for the proximity to swargate no proper response was given. We were infact told to get down in stop so that the next set of travelers in the bus could be accommodated. We were luckily following the Google map and hence got down in the right area.
We were not provided with drinking water nor were we guided properly where to get down as we were not familiar with Pune city.

The buses begin at Dadar. The bus was clean and tidy and we were provided with water bottles. Though the in city speed limits were slow, later it was quite good. They halted once for a break. Overall the trip was fine. We reached the destination on time.

Excellent journey with National Travels

Mode of Transport: Bus

National Travels bus is quite good and affordable. And maintain in proper manner, you won't feel any problem while traveling and staff were also very helpful. Only thing they don't provide is water bottles like other travel services provide, so keep yourself with you but overall the experience was best.

Early morning buses are not crowded

Mar 5, 2015
Mode of Transport: Bus

You can call the local office in Mumbai or Pune. They will tell you the next available bus. There are buses all day long and they stop at many pick-up points in both cities. I boarded from Bandra at 6:30 in the morning and was in Pune before 10 (under 3.30 hrs). The ticket cost Rs. 450 and the bus was not very crowded (though this may be because it was a super early trip -6:30 am).
