I had stayed here just shortly before the New Years Eve during a visit to Aurangabad to visit some relatives. The hotel front staff was very welcoming, and we liked the location on Jalna Road (right next to the high court). The hotel is a great place to stay, rooms are very comfortable and lovely, and the sprawling gardens are very welcoming for an evening or morning walk. The best part is the pool and tennis courts here. Breakfast at Madhuban restaurant was lovely. This is a wonderful hotel in Aurangabad.
Its ITC, so gotta be traditional. We stayed for two days and service were as I said traditional. Guests are looked upon and cared. Executive room though costly was having fun installation and was liked by kids. Provided with ITC toiletries, mini bar in rooms and lavish outdoor compound with pool, tennis court etc. I didn't use them though. Food was great breakfast was full of choices from Indian to continental and was at large. Overall, I recommend staying there if you look for luxury. Aurangabad I find dull as nothing great to do but ellora caves had stunned me. Its more gracious than taj and sheer art of carving and efforts behind creating the caves seems harder and splendid work of skillful artisans. Ajanta however was 100km away and took whole day which I didn't find as engrossed with as I did with ellora. However if history is one of the fascination you ever had both the sites will drawn you to past imaginations. Splendid art, and it's really better than Taj.
