We checked into the hotel at around 1. 30 pm and our 2 rooms very ready and checking staff was very helpful and prompt. The main advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the Mysore railway station and all other facilities, a guest looks for when he visit Mysore readily available. The rooms very quite large in size with well maintained but toilets requires to be upgraded or refurbished sooner than later. The airconditioning in the room was working very well. The hotel has a large open garden area with a large pool for the guest to relax after a hectic day. Also has a Ayurvedic Spa which is very popular and well equipped. The breakfast is very elaborate with many varieties to suit local and international customers and very hygienically served with an excellent ambience. The service of staff is also commendable. The next day check-out was very smooth. Infact, Mr Ramani, incharge at the reception lobby, needs a special mention, as he was very kind and readily helped us in arranging an extended stay for 2 hours up to 2 pm. It is very well appreciated by all our family members. We have been staying several times in the hotel in the past also and will recommend to any tourist/guest who visits Mysore from domestic or international cities.
I went with my family and had a one night stay. Hotel is excellent in appearance and all the amenities are excellent. The veg as well as non veg food is very very tasty. One must stay in this hotel if visited to Mysore. Breakfast is complementary and had various items and all are tasty.
We stayed in this hotel for a family holiday and this hotel is one of the best in the city. Located in the city, multistorey with all rooms, it is a very well maintained and well crafted to take care of all needs of visitors. The pool was excellent (clean, large and having good surroundings) with a pool side restaurant and ample space for relaxing. The reception lobby is marvelous and the rooms are very spacious with ideally placed beds, TV, reading table, telephone, closet and the bathroom. The TV size is large with satellite TV connection and it has Wi-Fi accessible from all rooms albeit, one connection per room. Room service is excellent and the lobby is very spacious and clean, similar to a five star hotel. The outside view from the hotel room is splendid. There is a wide variety of food, which you can order from the menu. You can also get a customized dish, requesting the chef. The catering staff is hospitable. Overall a very memorable experience and definitely recommended.
If you are travelling to Mysore then this is the best place to stay in Mysore. Best ambiance and very good yummy delicious food. Very courteous staff. Have a good swimming pool and other recreational activities centre. Rooms are neatly done. Usually a busy place so an early booking is recommended.
Nice stay and hospitality which makes us feel good and feel to visit repeatedly. Price is also not too high and competitive. Food is also very delicious and tasty. Poolside ambience is too good, specially during evening time. Swimming pool is very clean and specious. Would prefer to go again and again. Parking lot is also good.
