I went to Coorg it was a family trip. I booked it online and we are basically from Bangalore. We went there in the month of June 2017. The location of the hotel was in the middle of the forest. The appearance of the hotel was normal in look. The surroundings were impressive. There was no reception as it was a homestay. The service was well responded. We have to call the reception for the check-in and the checkout process. We had the food over there and the foods were normal in taste wise. I belong to North India I did not get the North Indian foods.
I traveled to Coorg with my family on a holiday trip in the month of May 2017. I booked a room at this resort through online in MakeMyTrip website. The resort location was good with the surroundings. It was nearby to some tourist places. It was convenient and easily accessible. We reached by own vehicle (car). Free parking place was there. The appearance was excellent with the greenery looks all around. It was nature-oriented infrastructure. It was attractive with the in look and outer looks. There was no reception area. They completed the booking process on time. They were cooperative and responded very well. They were good with their polite behavior. We stayed there for 2 days. We took a normal room. It had all the required facility in a good way. Free Wi-Fi facility was available. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and neat. The room service was good. We took food facility. It was good to taste. Complimentary breakfast was provided. We took dinner and it was tasty and well cooked. No fun amenities in that resort. The overall service was very good and satisfied with the stay.
We traveled to Coorg with my family on a holiday trip in the month of May 2017. I booked a room at this home stay through online. The home stay location was exellent with the clean surroundings. It was a calm and pleasant area. It was nearby to few sightseeing places and bus stand. It was convenient. The appearance was good with the greenery looks all around. It was of traditional style. The infrastructure was attractive and neatly maintained. There was no reception it was only a home stay. They completed the booking process on time and they were good in providing the services. They were cooperative and responded properly. They were informative. We took a villa. It was clean and spacious. It was like a home only. The required facilities were clean and good. It was all of working conditions. The ambiance and atmosphere was good. The washrooms were neat and clean. The room service was just good. We took food. It was not good with the taste and quality. At that place there were no gaming facilities in that home stay. No kids play area. The overall service was just good. I indicate the management to improve the food facility.
I visited with my family in the month of August 2016 The cottage is situated deep inside the Coffee plantation. Its beautiful place to be when you want to visit with family, away from the usual grind. The best part of this stay is there is no Mobile network connection other than bsnl. The rooms are fabulous. Excellent amenities, clean, and perfect place to wind up for a break. There are just 2 cottages, so you don not really feel like a hotel, or crowd around you. It feels like you own the place. No noise, no crowds to bother you. The only things that will really bother you is the silence and tranquillity around you. Smell the fresh air and the sound of wind blowing and yourself breathing. Every day in the morning the only thing you can hear are the birds chirping. Sit in the veranda and enjoy the plantation view. In the evenings, just sit in the veranda or in the garden and spend time with your loved ones. The best place and time to enjoy a quiet weekend. Nikesh the owner of the property and his wife were perfect host during our stay. We did stay back at the property and wanted to take in the tranquillity so we ordered food from the host. Their home cooked food was fantastic. The local specialities. Absolutely delicious. You can always inform them in advance what you feel like eating and the time you want it to be served. It was always on time and finger liking food. We did request Nikesh for a plantation walk and he had agreed for the same. We were so happy taking a walk in their plantation. Absolutely gorgeous place to be. My son did make some new friends. Ask for Julie, Dommy and Spotty along with cows, rabbits, turkeys, ducks etc. Really worth it. Do try the plantation walk if you are a nature freak like us. Nikesh and family were really nice and helpful during our stay. They were the perfect host during our whole stay. They did not leave a single leaf unturned for any complaints. We had a gala time together at Natura Vista. If you are a nature lover, one who loves tranquillity, enjoys time spending with family, then this is the place to be. I have not come across any other property, or host better than Natura Vista. Nikesh and family great job. Keep up the good work. Regards, Ajit
My family and I spent a couple of days at Natura Vista and we simply loved the cleanliness of the cottage and the serenity of the location. It's a beautiful cottage, well-connected to Madikeri town, yet tucked away inside a sprawling coffee estate. Mr and Mrs Nikesh were genial hosts and ensured we were comfortable. We will definitely want to go back to Natura Vista and I strongly recommend tourists to visit this place - it is perfect for everyone - group of friends, families with kids, aged travellers. The only area of improvement is the food. While the food served is not bad, it will not leave you lip-smacking. Since, we are foodies and love to enjoy our food during vacations, I was a little disappointed with the variety and taste of the food. Maybe they must hire a better cook.
I wanted to take a break from the hectic family and office life with just my wife and kids with me. Somebody suggested that Coorg is good place to take a break, so we planned a day out (though we later realized that a day was too short! ). Next was to get a hotel booking, my wife's opinion was if we are going to Coorg then we should do a home stay/plantation stay. That's how Natura Vista came in our radar. It had got excellent review from my colleagues too. Booking was convenient, though payment option was rudimentary, ie account transfer (which takes three working days). Stay was comfortable. Food was not all that great, could have been better. Actually rain dampened our spirits, else there are good joints in Madikeri town. All our activities like trek and camp fire were also called off, due to rains. The options are many but you should have time by your side and nature's blessings! Would definitely do it again! Overall a great day!
We have stayed in Natura Vista for 2 nights and must say the property is the best in Madikeri. I mean a beautiful place for people seeking privacy. Was really overwhelmed by the response of the manager right from the time I enquired about the reservation. They have been prompt in responding to my queries as well as with the booking. They are very cordial and helpful to all our needs. Rooms were very good and clean. Bathroom was very clean and all basic toiletries were in place. It was neat, classy and cozy.Good service and ambiance. The bed was very comfortable and since we were many of us, I had requested for extra-beds and that was good too. LCD TV and water kettle to make coffee and tea were provided . They were extremely accomodative in altering their menus as per our tastes and preferences. They provided us with fresh milk for my little kid even before our request. Lots of greenery, plantations of coffee around the resort.
It was an unplanned trip to Coorg with extended family members. We got the accommodation booked easily on arrival at Coorg. It was very easy to locate Natura Vista as it is just few hundred meters away from the Madikeri - Mysore main road. Natura Vista is a two cottage accommodation in the midst of coffee plantation. We were 9 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Home made breakfast was yummy. You have provision to make tea and coffee, lunch dinner and snacks you will have to get it from outside if you are planning to stay throughout the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay! Good Job and Best Wishes to Nikesh!!
