The appearance of the hotel was good from both inside and outside. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. There was no view from the room. AC, TV, geyser everything were functioning properly. The staffs were very friendly to me. There were no activities like.. indoor-outdoor games. There was no delay in check in and checkout process. The taste of food was average. The menu had both veg and non-veg. It was average hotel and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.more >< less
The location is good and easily accessible by train as well as by road. There is plenty of greenery due to plenty of coconut, Asoka and palm trees. The swimming pool water is clean. The resort is very spacious. The resort has ample facilities for those who want to.. hold conferences. Nice place for families specially children to enjoy.
Best Experience: The food, though only vegetarian is exceptionally good. The restaurant can cater for large number of people. The atmosphere is clean and healthy. The manager is very friendly and the waiters are prompt. Waiting period is not much and those who are waiting for their turn can comfortably relax in the lobby. The tariff is reasonable.
Worst Experience: K.T. Hotel has included the telephone number 9323038532 of one Mr. Navaney of \'Travel Hangama\' at their website. Since the interactive phone service of the Hotel is unusually busy, the prospective customers perforce have to dial this number. I did the booking for days picnic through this person and I was cheated badly. I was charged commission as high as 31%. I would have saved this amount if I had to simply crash in or had done the booking directly. The management should remove this number from the website and patrons should be beware of this person.more >< less
