It was a family trip in the month of February. The destination was very good. The location of the hotel was very good as it was convenient. The sight of the hotel was good. The booking and front office services were good as they were cooperative. The services provided were very good as they were helpful and cooperative. The rooms provided were very good as it was neat and clean. The food and drink was not up to mark, it was average. The hotel had provided pick up and drop facilities. The overall experience at the hotel was very good.
One of the finest hotels in town, themed on an English Hotel - classic woodwork, the pub and the mannerisms to an extent. I loved the TOWERS room, and felt lucky getting an upgrade from the MANOR. More ideally, a business hotel than a leisure hotel, the ideal time for families to move in would be the weekends, when their volume of business travelers, tone down. I didn't like the Durban pub, but enjoyed the complimentary evening snacks on the left wing. Be reminded, it comes only complimentary with the Towers or Higher rooms, but is worth a try. I would also recommend, their Afghan restaurant, and do try their pomfrets grilled; which are at their very best. Lots of other varieties, Mutton Raan and vegeterian dishes too. The complimentary breakfast is best enjoyed, if you arrive before 9 am, after which the hall is crowded by business travelers. The spread is excellent and service, something good to watch out for. Right beside the Afghan restaurant you have a narrow pool, which is good, if you're looking to beat the scorching summer heat, but not a deep one. Do take time to visit their Art gallery on the first floor, which normally everyone tends to miss. Some good paintings and pictures of Bangalore during the colonial era. Very much impressed by the level of service at the Hotel and the standards, they maintain. Starwood GOLD members and upwards, do have benefits. A Complimentary drink @ the Dublin, which again is INR 450 worth. Very much likely, to visit again! Highly recommended!
Whenever I visit to Bangalore then I always stay in this hotel. I have stayed in almost all type of rooms there like Manor Room, Executive club, Manor Suit etc. Manor Suite is best room as it is like 1 BHK flat and full of luxury inside it. Big size Bathroom with all type of bath and all. Automatic massager machine is placed in the room. Small Drawing room with Sofa and 2 LEDs are available. Separate Butler is provided. Also one more beauty of hotel is Lancelet Garden which is real garden and open in rooms. Nice experience to see garden and upper floors. Enjoy the luxury with natural beauty as well. Food quality is very nice. I like it's breakfast as it contains all type of fruits, fruits & veg juice, many cuisines, South Indian foods, North Indian foods, Breads, Muffins, everything are there. Amazing taste and service and quality. Steam bath and pool is also nice. Pool having all type of equipment for learning swimming for yourself. Front desk behavior is very nice. Majority of staffs are Females. Tower rooms have separate helpdesk. I always thanks to Adriza day who have behaved so softly and well manner that I like it, must visit.
I visited this hotel a week back with my colleagues for a business meeting. We had a very good time. The hotel is exceptional piece of work. The huge swimming pool which fits hundreds of people together. There were lots and lots of activities to have fun in which some of them were table tennis, gym, squash etc. The rooms were just awesome with very neat and clean floor, and the mattress was so soft that I wished it I could take it home. Talking about the food now, how could I express it on words? Words fall short to describe the taste of the food. It was just delicious, yummy what would I tell more. The staff were interactive and polite, would serve you with anything you would like to have the next moment. These memories would be cherished forever. It was a great experience to be here and I would like to tell all the travellers not to think twice to book this hotel. It is much more than your expectation. Enjoy!
The appearance of the hotel was good. The check-in and check-out was done on time. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities were working in the room. The food was good with quality and quantity. There were no activities arranged by this hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family.
Located in one of the most greenest part of Bangalore, opposite a golf course right inside the city, this luxury hotel with distinct historic charm provides for a relaxing stay. The ground floor rooms open up to garden garden which are ideal for peaceful strolls. The pigeons might be little distracting but sometime add to the ambiance in the evening. The rooms are small but decorated in colourful linens and antiques. The service was up-to the mark. The check-in and checkout was super fast. The restaurants were treat especially the South Indian Dakshin restaurant which played live sitar.
