The only train available for South Tamil Nadu

Aug 12, 2014
Mode of Transport: Train

It was an average train but avoid having food in the train. The food supplied was horrible and it is like any other Indian train with few rats, average air conditioning. But this is the only train that connects South Tamil Nadu with Mysore. The train speed was average but it is essential to book the tickets at least 30 days before since this is the only train available from South Tamil Nadu.

AC three tier is comfortable

Oct 19, 2013
Mode of Transport: Train

Everyone must visit to the historical Mysore Palace and Brindavan Garden. I went by train and travelled in a 3 tier AC. The cabin is comfortable. Toilets need to be cleaned frequently. On return journey, I did not purchase food at Mysore station since they don't have any hotel. Then I rushed back to the city, bought food before boarding the train.
