Drops you at Ramnagar early morning since its not superfast train and its a mail express train so you might think journey takes a little long than usual but then this is the best train to visit Corbett. Toilets were clean and from Moradabad train changes its route and one single trains divides into two. One half goes to Kathgodam and other half to Ramnagar.

We started our journey at 5.30 am from Vaishali via NH-24 with a hired car from Gupta Car Rentals at Vaishali with a new 2014 Maruti Desire Sedan model. They charged us Rs 10 per km with driver bata of Rs 200 per day. Entire road condition is good except for one section that is from Rampur to Bilaspur stretch is really bad. We went through Moradabad-Rampu-Bilaspur-Rudrapur-Haldwani and reached Nainital. On the way ie 100 km from Delhi we came across Garhmukteshwar town where holy river Ganges flows.

Bus was good and comfortable. We started the journey at 11 at night and reached around 10 in the morning. As fog was too high that\'s why we reached late. Otherwise it was an adventurous journey. Apart from this, cost of ticket is cheap and staff was helpful. They provide water bottle and stop the bus on midway for breaks.

This train runs daily from Old Delhi junction to Kathgodam. The departure time of the train from Delhi is 10:30 pm but it reaches to Delhi between 9:00-9:30 pm. We booked AC tickets one month ago and we easily got. It cause of the season, we went in winter season. So better to check the availabilty before one month also. It leaves on Kathgodam, from there you can easily get the taxi, cab, bus to reach to Nainital. Max 1 hour journey. Better to book a personal cab so that you can enjoy the journey also. The overall experience is good.

The road is excellent almost all the way. If you are leaving early from Delhi breakfast options are in Gajrola. Bikanerwala is in the city and just after Gajrola there is McDonalds, Dominos on one side and KFC on the other. After having something to eat you can drive straight through.
