Mode of Transport: Bus

I recently travelled in a bus to Jaipur from Dehradun, I was quite frustrated as there was a huge delay from the boarding point but once the journey begin it was very nice. The staff were cooperative. Bus was nice and the best part was songs played by the driver the very real glory, it keep me entertained. The place where halt was taken was OK sort of but food was awesome.

12 hours journey was a bit uncomfortable

Sep 4, 2014
Mode of Transport: Bus

We started from Dehradun at 8:30 pm by Rajasthan bus depot and it was a sleeper bus a nice one, we took the seats rather than sleeper. We were very desperate as this was our honeymoon trip and was very excited as well. The bus was very comfy and the driver too was very good as he was an experienced one as he was driving, very carefully.

But we made a mistake while taking a seat rather than sleeper we took a seater which was little uncomfortable and we couldn't relax. It took us almost 12 hours to reach Jaipur Station and we reached at 7.30 am. I would rather prefer train the next time I travel.

The road was free and all my friends took the steering in hand one by one. We did all kind of fun stuff on the move, which one would normally expect from a bunch of fun loving buddies. We halted as per our convenience so the fatigue was minimum. Totally awesome, pure fun.
