Very bad roads but beautiful nature!

We drove from Darjeeling to Pelling by Innova. Even though it was big vehicle, we had bumpy ride. From Darjeeling we went to Namchi first via Jorethang. From Namchi via Ravangla, we reached Pelling. Our purpose was to cover south sikkim while going to Pelling.

On the way we saw tea gardens, river, old bridges, colorful villages. When we left Namchi, it started raining. On the way to Ravangla we had fantastic experience of clouds. Clouds were everywhere.

As we are travelling from pelling to darjeeling we can see good rivers, lakes, mountains, valleys and beautiful tea estates besides the roads.

As Darjeeling is famous for tea production, one more thing I would like to share with you is we can see step cultivation method beside the roads we are travelling. Estates are biggest tourist attraction. The village people are taking out the tea and refining it and selling it to the tourists, which is good to see. As the travellers can visit on their way. It's a place of fresh mountain air having natural beauty which pleased everyone, better to visit in winter season.
