We stayed for two nights with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast on the first day was very good and nice. The second day the food taste was okay as compared on the before day especially (sambhar)IF had a change in menu would be better. Rooms were well furnished, neat and well maintained. Staff were well dressed, mannered and gave good service with time to time. Swimming pool was mentioned in the website but when we stayed the pool was under construction, so we were a little disappointed, especially my friends. On the check out day there was only one person at the reception all the guests came at once, so there was no one proper STAFF to handle all at one time and it took about 30 mins for us to verify and check out. Staff were not very used to the locations, so its was difficult to find some places. Overall had a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located close to the heart of the city. Many of the sightseeing places are nearby. The hotel itself is a good place for a family stay. We had booked earlier online and on our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised when we received a free upgrade to a family interconnected room. Service was really good and the staff were proactive enough to help us with our luggage both during check in and check out. Clean and well maintained rooms with good staff are the highlights of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Mysore.
We stayed in this hotel for a night during Dussehra time and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is brand new and was close to the city center which made it easy for travel. Their room rates were reasonable and for the facilities they have and for the location, it was good value for the money we paid. The food that they served was quite tasty and the service was good. Only issue that I saw is that the parking is quite far off and there is no elevator access to the lobby. But overall we had a nice stay at Rio Meridian.
Hotel facilities are good .. It is very much near to all visiting places. Stay in hotel was awesome .. Pool facility should be provided. Everything is good. Hoping to visit hotel once again. Hotel Area is good .. Medical store, is far to this place.
Hotel rooms are nice and comfy. Everything about the hotel, food and service is good. Front desk staff are little laid back and delayed our check-in process however rest of the experience was awesome. I would consider it to one of the best top category hotels in Mysuru.
