Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince, Mysore
986/624, Mysore and Hunsur Main Road Hinkal, Mysore
Overall experience in the hotel was good. I stayed in the hotel with my family on a relaxation trip during the month of March and April 2014. I regularly stay in this hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient location and was easy to find the hotel, around 2 to 3 kms from the city. Surroundings of the hotel was good. Staff service in the hotel was good, helpful and quick in service. Room boy Mr. Ravi was very helpful in the hotel. There was no delay while check in and check out. I book the room in advance by telephone. Appearance, interiors and exteriors of the hotel were good. The rooms are cleaned daily with 24 hrs hot water and cold-water facilities. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with clean pillows, bedspreads with amenities like AC, TV and a geyser in working condition. Taste of food was good; both veg and non-veg food was available, pricing of food was expensive. Swimming pool and gym was available in the hotel. I travelled in my own vehicle and did not request for a sightseeing trip. It is value for the money paid and recommendable to other travellers.
It was an official visit. The hotel was located at the middle of the city. The hotel was situated nearby the transportation facilities. There was no shopping mall nearby the hotel. The staff of the hotel were friendly and cooperative with me. They were quick to respond. Specially the room service guy treated me very well. Check-in and check-out was done without any delay. The internal appearance of the hotel was very nice. But they should improve the entrance of the hotel. The room allocated to me was spacious, neat and clean. The furnishings and washroom were neat and clean. I had no issues with the amenities except some news and south channels were not there on the TV. I had an excellent view out of my room. They cleaned the room regularly. They provided 24x7 hot and cold water facilities. The hotel had provided South and North Indian food. They had both veg and non veg dishes. But the food was having only Karnataka taste. The price of the food was a bit expensive. There were no activities at all. The hotel had a travel desk, but I was not able to travel anywhere as it was an official tour. They had a good parking facility. The overall stay was value for money. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would only suggest them to improve the quality of the food.
