It was my holiday visit for holiday with my wife. The destination was nice specially the natural beauty of the place. The hotel location was excellent as it was in the peaceful area and had a great ambience. The hotel appearance was nice and I stayed in this hotel in February. The hotel front office people were kind and attentive. I booked the hotel online and the room provided was very good and spacious. The hotel service was on time and the staff's were polite. The food was good in taste and available in variety. It was a great stay and I was satisfied with this stay. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Hotel was contingently located and the location was good. The hotel ambience is good. The rooms were spacious and neat with amenities were functioning well. There was garden view from the room. I was satisfied with the room allotted. Food was excellent with good varieties of food. There was no delay in check in and check out. The hotel organized nature walk also, sight seeing tour but we opt. It was great value for the money and I would like to recommend this hotel for other traveller.
The rooms are good, cut away from technology, as there is no television and network coverage is poor, a boon on a holiday. The food is prepared by the owner, and is very tasty and homely. It is located amongst a coffee estate, and the owner allows a tour, around his plantation.
The hotel location was good and I did not face any problem in reaching. The service of the staff was nice and friendly, helpful and hygienic. The staff were quick attentive and they serve in time. The external appearance of the hotel was normal looking but interior of the hotel was good. The room given to me was not spacious but neat, clean and well maintained. All the amenities were well placed and it was working properly. The food was good with more varieties of menu. The check in and checkout procedures was good. There was no any activity provided by them. I did not experience any sightseeing facilities by them. The stay was worthy and recommendable.
An ideal gateway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The place is bestowed by an ethereal charm and aesthetic beauty by Mother Nature. It's a perfect place for those who look to spend some peaceful moments in lap of nature. The place has a bit rough road but the host Mr. Raju, the place, view, food, cleanliness and everything is perfect. It's lovely and what more can I say to appreciate. He is such a good host that you feel like you are his family member, food was lip smacking, rooms are ultra clean. Hanks to Mr. Raju and his family.
Unlike other homestays, this place is more beautiful than what it looks on photos. Placed at a scenic location with peacocks roaming around the cottages. Host is unbelievably friendly and kind. The kind of food they give is very tasty. You have couple of view points and waterfalls close to the homestay. They have a very huge flat land in the premises, which can be used to play games, parking, cycling etc. Yes, they do provide cycles. Overall a rejuvenating experience
We visited Glenora with kids in October 2013. Nice warm days and cool nights. Nice, super clean, sunny rooms; big play area for grown ups and kids. Nice jungle view. Thoroughly enjoyed the company of Mr. Rajagopal's family. He has huge knowledge of the plantations and the greenery around his place. He understands the requirement and tastes for food for people coming from North India too. Mrs. Rappel personally takes care of long list of cuisines that goes on the table and it is quality, homely food in the middle of 90 acres of jungle where they reside. Mr. Rappel also offered the local guidance for sightseeing and shopping. Not to miss his organic Coffee powder, truly divine. Must visit for nature loving souls.
Nice place to have stay and have nice view from the hotel, good rooms and good hospitality but please take care of food it should be tasty. Very good place to enjoy with friends and also with family. The staff also good they responded very well. They have given a good details of near by visiting places and locations.
Location of the hotel was very good, it was away from the city and close to nature. Check In/Out was smooth. Services provided was decent enough. They should include more people to help the customers, other wise they were quick and prompt. Rooms were comfortable, but rooms could be divided into living room with TV may be like a suite. Food was very good. Stay at Wayanad was pleasant.
It was one of the best experience I ever had. The location awas great. Everything was wonderful in this homestay. They took us on a plantation tour too. It was an awesome stay.

Glenora is surrounded by the plantation and was pretty close to the sunrise point . . The appearance was excellent, the rooms were also good and were laid out well and were secluded from the main house. We had our privacy but we had the host also not very far away. The very location of the room was excellent, overlooking the plantation and the valley. We found the hosts to be most cooperative . The service had nothing to complain about. The food was also good, since we were in a homestay, we found that terribly authentic. There was no swimming pool so activities were limited but there was open space for kids to play. The host did host did accompany us around and took us in his own jeep to sunrise valley view and provided us with maps and directions .
We had a great holiday at Wayanad. Glenora itself is located in a valley and was quite convenient. Hosts were very cooperative and we were comfortable with him . . Room was spacious and comfortable with clean bathroom and hot water. Food was home made and there were special Kerala dishes, the host accompanied us for dinner and breakfast. They took us on the first day to Sunrise valley and we were to also go for a walk in the plantation but could not do that due to time constraints They also provided us with guidance about the places to see within the duration of our stay and driving directions.
My stay was wonderful in this homestay. The accommodation provided was good. The standard of service was excellent. The food provided was too good. The people were very helpful and the they guided us to all the sight seeing places there.
