We were there with a family for one night the staff were where friendly and the location was very good but too far away from the city but should stay there for real experience of ooty. Loved the rooms and plan. Need to improve in terms of conditions of room and also the service of the room.

Overall a good place to hangout with family friends or it could be a couple . People who visit will definitely like it. This was the first time when I was in Ooty, and it was a superb experience on my holiday and I totally enjoyed but frankly I want to tell about the staff they are all just like a family member. It was really good, the way management responses were good and energetic, neat and tidy rooms. Overall it was excellent. I recommend this for the couple’s nice hill spot. Apart from the food, that was a great taste and the room service was good. My Fiancée liked Gobi Manchurian, the food was mouth watering and the early morning time and the sunset that was really great, we want to visit this cottage one more time. The best thing of this Cottage is I just booked on call and I did not pay a single rupee in advance or deposit no one can do that hats off the Cottage Staff really such a trusting nature by the check out time.
First of all my sincere apology to all readers for the delay in writing this review. We had been to Ooty on 12th Sep.2013 to attend an international dog show. We stayed there up to 18th. This hotel is located only two and half km from main Charing Cross circle. You need to climb steep gradient. Road is with pot holes which needs repair and hotel can not be blamed for it. They are having many cottages with their private tended garden with beautiful flowers and private parking place. We were surprised to see the room size. At least 20 feet x 15 feet room with 8x10 separate dining space. Well ventilated with good bed and furnishing. Very clean ample sized toilet with 24 HOURS HOT WATER. They are having Gas Geyser hence continuous hot water available. Food is absolutely excellent. We tried different cuisines. All are good. Very nice hygienic way of serving. Waiters and bearers are extremely helpful and polite. Standard amenities like TV, phone etc all are there. The best part is, they willingly served separate cooked food for our dog. Only drawback is you need to have your own transport. In totality, excellent staying place to enjoy the serenity of Ooty.
