We had two nights stay at Camelot. Wonderful property, the lovely weather, amazing views made this trip an incredible one. If you wanna get away from the busy, noisy, frantic city life, to a peaceful break - this is the place for you !. The hospitality of Mr. Dileep and Ms. Seemee deserves a special mention! They make such amazing hosts, and are a huge factor in making your stay comfortable and memorable. :). Food was okay-ish; homely nevertheless. They have a lovely book collection in the front office, apart from indoor activities like chess, carom, Foosball. On the downside - there was no Mobile reception inside the resort (understood that only BSNL was available there). (This turned out to be a boon later, and made the stay even more peaceful than we could have asked for, with zero distractions, and no choice but to relax in the lap of mother nature) . Unfortunately, the phone in our room wasn't working (due to lightning strike that happened earlier apparently) - we had to go over to the reception every time we were in need of something. However, their service were prompt! (One Mr. Jacob, our service person deserves mention) . Overall - would definitely recommend Camelot to anyone who's craving to take a break from the routine, and/or looking for a quiet and pleasant stay.
Food was average, location was good, but very difficult to reach, and very few people stay there so very intimidatingto stay. Pool not available, cable not connected, mattress good, only 6 numbers of staff but they were good and very hurry some. My advice to couples is not to go, for big families suggested.
The hotel was located in convenient place. It was for relaxation tour with family. There was no issue while check in and check out. The staff were good and kept room clean and hygienic. The internal and external appearance was average. The cost we paid for the room was not worth. The T. V and AC was not working properly, amenities were average in condition. There were varieties of food in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. There were no activities or sightseeing from the hotel.
